Came here for some milk and chips. The Milk was 4.29 but they wanted to charge me 5.89. When I told her about the price and even showed her that the tag matched everything on the milk. She refused to change the price and said either you buy or not. I'm not changing the price. Rude. Such ashame. Never had any issues with them in the 8yrs I been coming to this 7/11. Way to start 2023.

Old older lady with glasses says she never has change for a $100 or $50 bill. Happened 3rd time already. Other people never have problem. Just lost a customer, I spent usually 300 a week there. Bye Felicia

Daily customer who knows the Owner and was treated horrible by cashier on xmas day 2019. Cashier deducts 2k points and doesn't know how to process the transaction and doesn't want to give me my food or a refund. Very obnoxious behavior, tells me to tell John. Lost my business for life!

I am a daily customer who spends alot of money in this store. I know the owner and most of the staff. On xmas day 2019 me and my wife were treated horribly by the woman with the glasses working by herself. I had acquired 4 thousand points and wanted to use some to purchase my items today. Long story short, she absolutely didn't know how to scan my items and deduct the points. Well, she deducted them but didn't do it properly and didn't want to give me my items and couldn't refund the 2thousand points she deducted from my account. While this was happening people in line are complaining about how long its taking. Does she ask me to please wait while she helps the others and then come back to us? No, instead she tells us to call corporate to get my points back. I tell her that this is horrible way to treat customers. She replied by saying to tell John the owner since you know him! Still not wanting to give any items or refund just leave! Ok so we did, along with our daily business for life. If you want to use the 711 points you pay for, don't bother coming to this location!

last night i went too the 711 sign in cooler said two six pack bush beer 16 oz for 10 dollars ...there was no expiration date on sign...i went too the register ask for a pack of pall mall red....the owner of the store rang me up.....the beer rang up 5.99 each....i ask about the sale being 2 for 10 dollars....he went too the cooler took the sign down an said sale was expired....then i said ok....i paid amount due.....then noticed that he gave me a pack marlboro instead of pall mall ....i said too him pall mall please not marlboro....marlboro are two dollars more than pall mall!! he exchanged the too but did not offer refund of the two dollar difference .... thats the last i shop there!!!! i didnt ask for the two difference because of his attitude.....

On Sunday morning around 2:00am, the day after St.Patricks day the cashier working at that time was being extremely racist he kept following and harrassing my brother and I until we had to confront him. His only response was "want some coffe it's not free though." He was extremely racist and unprofessional
