I had a top notch experience working with Justin at Zeigler Alfa Romeo. He was attentive, responsive and very knowledgeable. I had a good number of questions and we went back and forth quite a bit and he didn't miss a beat. I felt like he was pretty transparent and willing to negotiate in key areas. I was looking at other cars and working with other dealers and I did not get the kind of responsiveness and service that Justin provided. There was a bit of a snafu when I took delivery of the Giulia. But Justin worked with me to make sure everything was handled and went above and beyond by providing some service and swag credits. In the end, everything worked out well and I am absolutely loving the car! Also want to give a shout out to Oday who handled all the financing and registration, etc. without a hitch. I definitely recommend going to Zeigler and talking to Justin if you are looking for an Alfa and great buying experience.

I recently met Dan in service after having a problem with my fiat being in storage for quite some time. He went above and beyond to help fix my car, update me along the way, and complete the job on time. Wow- Great service at a Great price! Dan is top notch!

This is the first time I am giving someone 5 stars and there is a good reason for it. Starting from front of the house to mechanics and assistants, everyone are great! Sometimes I wish I had to come here more often. All I have to do is call and Maurizio already knows even before I call what needs to be done. I service my car here so they are keeping track of everything. Every little bit. Mayra, just in case reminds me about some other things I mentioned last time I was there before my car goes to safe hands of Dr. mechanic Steve Le. I will stop here before it turns to a love letter. I don't even have to say that I highly recommend this place.

Amazing place with amazing employees. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. We were able to get help right away, even though they were busy with other customers. Justin was very helpful. We didn't buy a car today but by taking a car we were interested in, for a test drive, we definitely got all of our questions answered. Highly recommend.

I bought a car from this dealership and I highly highly recommend doing business with them. We worked with Tyler and Chris and it was pleasure doing business with them. They were honest and straightforward from the moment we walked into the dealership.Tyler was the first sales person we worked with. He showed us the car and provided us with great details that answered all of the questions we had. He really found us the specific car we wanted.Chris was the general sales manager that we worked with when it came to negotiating the deal. He honored his words from the first time we walked into the dealership. He got us a great deal on the car that included the extended warranty. People appreciate doing deals with people that are honest and he exemplifies that.

This review is for Justin Clemmensen. Any time I have tried financing a car in 10 years at other dealerships, I've always felt forced when people would crowd me, ask a million questions during a test drive, or constantly ask me about financial situations that are not necessary to the buying process. Justin was understanding and professional throughout my entire time at the dealership. Justin has done what no other dealership in history has ever gotten me to do, buy a car from a dealership. Justin did not provide any headaches, and I was given options about what I wanted prior to them running my credit which made me very happy because I felt there was no risk. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, but I would make the drive again when buying my next vehicle. Other car dealerships need to use this location as a template for how to speak and work with customers. Justin did absolutely amazing!
