I originally bought a new jeep here 4 years ago and have nothing but issues that kept coming up. All resolved but when I was trying to work with the GM and their sales team to get into something more reliable they weren't really helpful in getting me a deal on a particular vehicle. I literally have had business here since 2004, about 7 cars total.. and this is how you respect your long term customers? I haven't heard from the GM for 2 months since... They only care about MONEY. Extremely disappointed.

To my bad luck, a man who was despotic towards me served me and spoke Spanish with a Puerto Rican accent. What a shame because I am humble and hardworking.
He never wanted to help me, he said his words, you foreigners must pay more interest.
He didn't want to see my last 3 months of my account status.
My credit ran out many times... he didn't see all the documentation I was carrying. I carry a sheet from my bank that supports me with the credit.
I charged an energy bill in my name for the home.
Something other than not knowing English translates from Spanish to English.
something that I didn't mention and I didn't agree with. For me, the attention in this place is terrible, inhumane and discriminatory.
I left there alone with many unnecessary credit inquiries.
The manager of that store should check the cameras and review the audio to hear what was being said to me in Spanish.
lousy seller.
It is a mistake to have gone to that place to be punctual and schedule an appointment.
and not knowing English and taking advantage of a humble person.
With good insurance, due to lack of credit, I was just disrespected. and what a lack of brain if the used jeep that I went to see was cheap
I can collect and buy cash but they didn't see my account statements. I learned my lesson.
About this place not recommended for Hispanic humble workers.

Hidden markup of $2000 because they 'install' and 'can't remove' LoJack which in itself is a scam if you Google search LoJack. It's just another way the dealership can mark up cars with bogus fees. It'll be nice once the CARS Act is implemented.

Just purchased a brand new 2023 Dodge Durango SRT yesterday. The main reason is salesman Marvin Richardson who is very good at his job. I've known Marvin for years and have always bought cars from him, so has my family.
If you need a car go see Marvin he's a straight shooter. I'm not saying the other salesman aren't great, I've only dealt with Marvin in all the times in the past when he was at another dealership.

It took over two hours for an oil change and rotation. Asked if they washed vehicle and they said they better have. They didn't until I said something. Why make an appointment when it takes that long. Don't think I'll be back. The service guy was nice and that's about it.
