I came out after paying and couldn’t find my truck. My service advisor said let me check and took my keys. I’m in the car business and know exactly what happened. He went and seen it was in line for a wash incorrectly. He ran it though the wash and pulled it up clean. The additional effort was awesome. Not even saying anything about it and getting it done shows character. Thank you Daniel

Big bait and switch team
I didn’t look at reviews before wasting 2 hours of my time. I received 2 updates over the weekend, with a price that my daughter and I could handle. When I arrived, I took the test drive and said I liked vehicle and would like to move forward with pricing. The offer I got was 10,000 more than what, was in the internet offer. I told them to yank out all the garbage fees and “add one”
They came back finally at 2300 over the stated amount stating reconditioning that eventually became transport and reconditioning fees. Even after that we decided on a price that we could live with in between what was offered and what they wanted. What I thought was a manager, said how about 26,200. I convinced my daughter to take this so we said yes. I waited 30+minutes for them to come back with a 100$ off there last offer. Never trust them. Huge bait and switch. Zeigler, you should be ashamed of yourself. You give car dealership a complete black eye.
