I obtained a pair of used spikes and found that the "nails" were uneven; I called Xtra Mile Running and spoke to the owner, Chris. He told me to bring them in and replaced the defective spike nails for free, even though I was willing to pay for them. It was very kind of him. I intend to purchase running shoes for my child, in future, from him.

Staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They do a great job assessing your foot mechanics and considering individual needs. Personally, I was assisted by Kennon and Jay. Selection of footwear is really good and I’d highly recommend this place!

We went there before their normal close time on a Saturday. They accommodated us and helped us pick three pairs of running shoes. Knowledgeable and patient. Two other families came after the store close time, were still served. We also bought two pairs of leggings for my daughters. They offer 10% off for Orangetheory members! Don’t forget to ask!

Brought a very shy first time runner in to get fitted and the staff was so patient and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure she got the right shoes. We will definitely be recommending this store to her friends and will be back to get new pairs as needed.

Yusef helped my mom and I get fitted for shoes today! He was super knowledgeable about different gaits and what type of shoes are best for us since we were looking for different things. Super great experience.

Went in looking for replacement insoles and was immediately met with an employee (Jay) ready to help. Helped me find what I needed and actually gave them to me for free. Overall very happy with the quality of customer service and grateful for the attention to detail and genuine concern for customers’ best interests.

Went to Xtra Mile to buy a pair of running shoes as I left mine at home (I’m traveling). Jay assisted me and did a fantastic job. His knowledge and recommendations were perfect. Very good knowledgeable staff.

I love this place, The people are great, extremely helpful. You’ll find way better shoes than you can ever find in corporation. If you’re serious about your health and Running, this is where you go. They always have clearance and their prices are on power. Only place I go buy shoes.

Great customer service. She helped me get the right shoe from start to finish. Tried them on the treadmill and it helped picking the right one. Recommend this place if looking for the right pair.

My mom and I stopped into the store for the first time today and found the perfect shoes! Chris was amazing, he helped us with sizing, style, and comfort for various brands of shoes. He was great at helping multiple people in the store at once, making everyone feel appreciated and seen! Next time I need another pair of gym shoes, I am coming back. The pair we ended up with was even on sale, so we left very happy. :)

Such a great shoe shopping experience!! I took my recalcitrant teenager to buy new shoes and the staff was excellent! They measured both feet and presented three options to try. Each was better than the one before. They were so gentle with my son who has sensory issues. They recommended the shoe laces you do t have to tie when they saw that was a problem for my son as well. The sales associate, Jay, couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, professional and nicer. So glad we found this place.
