I just went to see what they have to offer as a new customer and the person who assisted me was very nice, I can't remember his name, he was Latino, I switched from being a 20 plus years Tmobile customer to xfinity, I hope I don't regret it later, so far so good!

I don’t know what has happened the last couple years with this cable service but it has been terrible. TV hasn’t been right since the Superbowl. Can’t watch tv much at all since then they service it outside and don’t even tell me when there around picture quality has been terrible so disappointing.

Please tell me why, when you go into a customer service location lately the customer is more friendly than the associates? Well that is the score rating reason. After receiving the internet upgrades or better yet exchange of the old box all was good and though the process is slow I am satisfied.

As a whole this company is a tyrant and a joke. All they do is overcharge you and keep adding fees every month even though you're signed into a contract with them at a certain price. All they do is raise your prices with no explanation. Absolute horrible company I wish I didn't have to deal with Xfinity ever again.

If there was a choice to give it a no star or half, this would be it. They never credited my returned adaptor and for years have been charging me monthly ...this is clear indication of robbery. Calling customer service to rectify this is a joke. I'm out of options except to cancel entirely...They make it difficult to contact anyone.
