I was a regular customer to this store it is not because I am in need, but I heard that they use the money for a good cause, I went there with my 2 kids I just entered the store a man working there told me to keep my kids with me because he didn’t want them to touch the glasses, I understood I tried to do my best watching them and shop, then my kids went to the toy section and we are looking and a lady working there told the man that my kids are playing in the toy section twice , he came to me and told me that the toy section is not a babysitter section and I have to keep them with me and I was there next to them, at that point I was very mad because I felt that he is saying take your kids and leave. My kids didn’t do anything wrong he was rude and he approached me since I entered the store I will never shop there anymore. Please put a note by the door no kids are allowed! And for the lady working there ,you don’t like kids dont work in a store ,rude woman!

Very friendly people. Could not believe how organized the whole store was. Great prices and love that the money goes for Domestic Violence.

Good variety of things, however it is very overpriced for the clothing and jewelry. The furniture is a bit more reasonable but still somewhat exorbitant considering that these are all donated items.

Basically a thrift store for rich people, don’t come in thinking you’re gonna find some cute AFFORDABLE pieces. Found the cutest jean jacket for 26 dollars?? same one is going on ebay for $10 thats honestly insane. The one in Prospect Heights is much cheaper, don’t waste your time.

Be very careful what you donate to them (and probably all "non profit" thrift stores). I brought in some very expensive electronics and video games, etc. and the staff was rifling through it saying "this if for me!!" and making a stash for themselves right in front of me!! I took back most of my stuff on seeing this. So remember if you donate to WINGS, your items will just end up in the hands of their trashy/greedy employees. Do what I did after seeing the vultures ravage through my items, resell them on Facebook Marketplace.
