I contacted the store a day prior to confirm an exchange for a dress I purchased a few weeks ago. During the call, I provided the store location where I intended to make the exchange. Over the phone, I was informed that the store would receive my information via email prior to my arrival to expedite the process.
Upon arrival at the store, I was greeted by an associate whose demeanor was unexpectedly aggressive. Despite presenting the message exchange between Windsor and myself to the cashier, this individual interjected aggressively, stating that she could not finalize the return. This caught me off guard, as I had not been conversing with her initially, nor was she a manager.
I requested they locate the email and handed over my phone to review the messages. Despite providing evidence that the dress was purchased in person, with a card transaction and intact tags, the associate persisted in making the process difficult and spoke harshly to me. I had hoped for a calmer resolution, as my intention was simply to facilitate a smooth exchange. However, I was dismayed by the lack of courtesy and understanding shown towards a customer who may have been misinformed either by the staff or the individual I spoke with over the phone.
Moving forward, I suggest fostering a friendlier atmosphere among the staff. While I regret that I will no longer patronize this establishment, I believe it would benefit future patrons if the staff were to communicate with kindness and understanding. Kindness always leaves a lasting impression.

The Check out cashier at Woodfield Mall today, 6/3/24 Friday at 7:00pmI made a return with her and she was so mad. She threw the pen and paper to sign the refund on me, and she started yelling at me because I want to see the manager.She seems like she don’t like her jobShe even didn’t answer me when first I say hi how are you? She was just looking at the dresses that I’m returning in weird look.I love Windsor store i shop every week there almost all workers are My friends now because I see them every often on VIP Customer there but this was one of the bad things that Made me never thinking to go to that store again.

Went to the woodfield mall location. Amarilys went above and beyond with her customer service! I love the dress she helped me get!! It was so nice to experience such great customer service!

We had an issue with a purchase (dress size not small enough)my wife called the store, a store manager did everything in their power to make sure my wife was taken care of. We are very thankful for all he had done. Thank you again.

This store may be at all for some people however they don't have much of a variety unless your goal is crop tops and shorts that your butt cheeks pop out of. But if you're looking for anything else the store won't have it. I'm kind of sad as they used to have a large selection for everyone.Another sad downfall is they no longer Take returns even with a receipt within 12 days of purchase. I purchased two shirts that I thought would match nicely with a skirt that I had at home to wear to a wedding got home it didn't match right brought it back to the store with a receipt tag still on perfect condition and they would not give me a refund because apparently they don't do returns anymore.

Previous reps I’ve dealt with have been sweet, but this new girl - in the big green jump suit, dark blonde/ orange hair, amberless I believe is her name needs to have less of an attitude and more of a better approach to her customers. The bitter face, and irritated attitude doesn’t suit you well homegirl. Also, try saying hello instead of checking your phone as customers approach the register.I’ve worked in corporate, and sales long enough to know the kind of attitude and approach you should have.Oh- and get rid of that unsanitary shirt you want to sell or steam it right away. Smh

The only reason why I have a one star is because my daughter found shoes. This is one of the worse stores not caring about the customers. The line is practically out the door and the workers are ringing up as if they got three customers in lime. SMDH

Very nice workers, i was in and out, bought a nice dress for homecoming. Sometimes the lines are long but its Probably because everybody wants to shop there. The worker named Paulina there Was very helpful!

Many options, lots of dressing rooms, staff was friendly. It's homecoming season, so the store was ridiculously busy. Staff was only available to help if flagged down, and lines were long. Hard to get a sense of organization of how the store was laid out. Still, we got what we needed at a reasonable price.Photo is of the end of the checkout line merging right into the line for the fitting rooms.
