My niece, who was 5 month at the time, was left unattended when she was crying. When she came back home her butt was not wiped properly and had poop residue that left her with bad rashes for the rest of the week. This was truly heartbreaking for me and for her parents. No child should go through this.Understandable that it could get busy and all but there really need to have a proper intention when caring for children who are so vulnerable, especially when they are infants/babies and toddlers. Please have proper staffs that really cares for children instead of the ones that just take it as a job that brings them income.

If you have to send an infant and you are a responsive attachment base parent, i won’t send your baby here. All I heard from them about my child looking like she cried all day and swollen for two day was, “this is adjusting time and it’s hard…” I know it’s not one on one care, but when I saw two teachers in the room with two to three kids, and my child is the only one crying on the floor and there no one picking up until they see me stare at my child, only makes me assume they don’t really care about a crying baby… one good thing is that I figured it out day one and got her out of there. I get this works for some ppl, but if you are like me who thinks babies cry for a reason, and think we have to respond, I wouldn’t really consider this place safe for you.

I have just started my child at this school. They are nice, but are very slow at sending updates via Kinder Care app. I understand some days are busy, but response to messages and updates on child routinely activities should be updated diligently.Compared to Gardner and Little Sunshine Playhousr, this school has to evolve. The facility is very small, tight, compact, and my kid already got sick from whatever is in the school.

As a first time parent it was overwhelming putting my daughter in daycare, but everyone in the center has been very helpful. Also, my daughter is happy in school and I can see how it has impacted her in a positive way. I’m glad we made the decision to bring her here!

As a new and single mother, I was SO worried about going back to work and having somebody else take care of my child, but these women have done nothing short of reassuring me my baby will be well taken care of, and that is exactly what they do. I have never felt more comfortable with anybody watching my son, and he LOVES his teachers! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

First I would like to thank all of the wonderful people that made an imprint on my children’s lives. They still talk about them all the time. My children overall enjoyed their time at KinderCare, especially at this location. The only down fall was the lack of professionalism and patience a few teachers/care takers hadtowards the children. Thankfully my children rarely complained.

Please do not bring your children here. Teachers are absolutely careless, and the center cannot hold a director long enough to efficiently stay on top of staff. I picked up my 15 month old daughter with a severe laceration to the inside of her lip and bruised eye. I got no phone call, no report, and no answers. Daycare claimed they had no idea what happened, and no one cleaned her up when my daughter very well bled severely and spent the whole day without any medical attention. They failed to call me, report, or treat this injury. She spent an entire day without being monitored. She came home with blood on her sleeper, yet no one proceeded to confess to knowing what happened to her. I would post pictures of the injuries, but they are a bit too graphic to show. No one confessed, these teachers are very well still working in this classroom, please do not enroll your children at this facility.

To the lovely people at KinderCare. Thank you for being the best with both of my kids. Yes kids can be testy they can push buttons but not once have i had a bad experience with them. They handle every out burst boredom attitudes and etc. Never lost their cool and was always straight forward. Overall thank you for taking care of them while we single parents have to work and keep the movement going. You guys are the best.

We have been parents of the West Schaumburg KinderCare since 2016 and have been please with the service provided. Our oldest has Downs and when he was receiving in house therapies, the therapists were welcomed to the center to provide the services needed. He started in the infant room as he wasn't yet walking and is now in Ms Abigails preschool room and she has developed different methods to help him grow both cognitively and socially. Our youngest is currently in the toddler room and has been at the center since he was 8 weeks old. It has been wonderful to see how the teacher love and teach both boys as they grow, and I look forward to more years to come with this center as they transition through each room.

Our son started here four months ago at 2.5 years old and his language abilities have easily quadrupled. His teachers engage him daily and he comes home excited to tell us about his day. The staff were very understanding of our apprehension to leave him away from us and the center director and I worked out a gradual plan for him to spend more time at the center each week. Our son loves to come home and talk about his teachers and his new friends. The staff are always trying to keep the facility clean as I notice them washing blankets and mopping floors at the end of the day. The only thing that has always bothered me is the location near a liquor store but the facility is fenced in and there is a code to enter so safety around the facility is addressed as best as it can be. I’m glad I chose kindercare over Montessori because I think my son needed the structure and would consider putting my second son here if we are still living in the area.

Love this KinderCare location! They take great care of both of my kids and are wonderful people. I feel confidant that they are in great hands during the day. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. I often feel like they are a third parent. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great affordable daycare option.

Our child and family love the staff and teachers at this KinderCare center. Everyone always says hi, addresses any concerns ASAP (there are rarely concerns) and the center is very clean and organized. We truly appreciate the email communications as well!

My 2 boys were at this kindercare for about 2 years, we were new to the area and going through a very difficult time. The welcome and help we got from both the director and deputy director was out of this world. Not only were my boys learning so much but the center took us in like we were family and supported us through this difficult period. Unfortunately we had to move but I will forever cherish this place.... Good place to take your little ones!

Do not take your child here!!!! The teachers are to overloaded with kids they had to bring in "assistants" that have no idea what they are doing. The center director is apparently highly educated and specializes in special needs and kids with behavioral problems yet she can't a handle a 3yearold... Her "method" is sending a child home when he misbehaves. She taught my child if he misbehaves he gets to go home!!!!! Instead of fixing the issue all she did was use her "education" to give my child issues then accused them on his home life. She needs to be fired and to never work with kids again!!!
