Worst banking experience I have ever had. I needed to come into the branch to have my ID checked to open an account. The branch manager and the two bankers were not helping anyone. I was told I would need to make an appointment. The branch manager did not even know the name of his boss when I asked for it. He was completely giving me the run around. Meanwhile, one banker was in his cell, one was trying to look busy. In the time he was stalling, he could have just checked my ID.

Super nice ppl. Bank manager really helpful. Good friendship while it lasted. Tellers money always money on point.Super secure bank never gets cyber attack.

Go to this place only when you have time to visit inside the bank personally. Never depend on their Drive thru ATM as it never works and they are never bothered to fix it. Thanks.

Just got this bank almost a month ago and I’ve been to make a deposit 4 times.. 1 time atm wasn’t doing deposits and the other atm was out of service… I will be leaving this bank because it’s way to far out, has barely any locations and atm seem to not work.. if this is how it’s gone be and it’s been less than a month I’m pretty sure it’ll only get worse.

Terribly customer service, understaffed, manager must also perform duties of teller. I had a 10am appointment, the “premier banker” didn’t make it to work. I was told I must wait until all other appointments were honored, maybe 4+ hour wait. I asked to speak to the manager, I had to wait until she finished her teller duties. She was unsympathetic suggested I drive 20+ miles to another branch. Finally after speaking to the area manager she negotiated I visit the Palatine branch only 10 miles away. I did, they did not honor my appointment guaranteed by the area manager. Their “premier banker” was happy sitting in his office doing nothing but would not service me. The manager from Glenview actually drove down to meet with me. Long story short my original 10am appointment ended at 3:30 pm. I couldn’t be more unhappy with Wells Fargo. I am now in the process of closing out my account. Sad since I have been a loyal customer for 25 years. I suggest anyone not do business with Wells Fargo, at least in Illinois. I am sure there are any number of banks who will treat their customers much better.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . NEVER ANY BRANCHES NEAR TO WALK IN AND IF U FIND ONE VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. DONT GET AUTO LOANS WITH WELLS FARGO.

I scheduled an appointment to open a new account with Wells Fargo ,I was on time but a non professional guy states he doesn’t have time for me ,because he needs to leave for lunch ,I asked for the manager who sounded like doesn’t care and claimed that they don’t have staff!!!!No one offered me a business card or asked me to reschedule ,very poor customer service!!!I had to go back to the branch asking about the manager name ,her name is Jennifer PenaI’m posting this review ,In case someone cares about making bussines for Wells Fargo

Staff was very rude, useless, and incompetent. I walked into the branch there was an hold on my account. They then made me call a phone number anyway instead of just talk to the bankers at the bank.They then give me the wrong number, and I had to be transferred 3 times till I spoke to somebody who did anything. I was on hold inside the bank for 30 minutes, and after all this my issue was still never fixed, I still can’t make a deposit. The woman I spoke with at the branch was dismissive, and rude- instead of trying to fix problem, she just tired to make me go away by giving me a phone number. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they actually could have fixed the problem at the branch without me calling anyone, but they were just too lazy to do it.

I've been meaning to switch banks as I know this bank is crap, but today solidified it. I had a check from the clerk of cook county court for $900. Since it was a government issued check I had to directly deposit it, fine no problem. Except when I got to the front desk and presented it I immediately got asked twice if it was a fraudulent check. EXCUSE ME?!?! The teller told me she was new and hadn't seen that check before and that's fine but to first thing out of her mouth accuse me of fraud is flat out insulting and disgusting. Shame on you Schaumburg Wells Fargo. You have immediately lost a customer and I'll be transferring banks this week

I always try to leave good reviews when I have good service! Nicole was great. Nice to see a Wells Fargo bank with nice people and more then one teller! I hope Wells Fargo takes notice that customers time these days is valuable, hire more tellers at all of your locations and maybe you will get more positive reviews.
