Employees are rude on the phone. My elderly mother called with questions regarding new prescriptions and the woman on the phone refused to help. I later went to pick up those prescriptions, I spent 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive up only to have the attendant close the blinds in my face without a word. Awful pharmacy, you are better off going to Jewel across the street.

Pharmacy was very helpful in helping me with a prescription. Thank you to the pharmacist on staff as well and Yvette for their help they are an asset to your company.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PHARMACY!A doctor calling in your prescription isn't enough, you ALSO have to contact them several times about updates on your prescriptions- I believe they don't even put it in the system as when I used this pharmacy, I never got the text alerts I usually get when using Walgreens.The specific prescription I was getting had to be given to me within a window of time or I would not be able to pick it up unless I do re-testing and more doctors appts to get re-prescribed, costing me money and time. They did not call me ONCE during this window of time and I had to call them 3 times to confirm that I would be getting it and they kept reassuring me with no follow up. The last day of the window of time- I CALL AGAIN, for them to tell me they can't fill it due to inaccurate information that in the 10 day prescription window they did not reach out to me to verify. Unprofessional, lazy, and rude!I used them for 3 more fills after that and it continuously happened- I just caught on that they never updated my profile and I needed to manually contact THEM to ensure they had the correct info EVERY MONTH. Are we living in 1980? Do you people even have notes about your patients? Once I even told the pharmacist to please be mindful of tight prescription windows especially associated with this drug due to the fact that it takes a lot to be re-prescribed and she GIGGLED at me over the phone, gesturing that I was being "dramatic."Embarrassing for you establishment overall, you people are medical professionals have some care and dignity? Quality of work is some of the worst I've seen.

People at the drive through do not know how to talk to anyone. Specially older people and those who don't speak proper English.

Do not bother with this store, especially the pharmacy. I called today (06/27/2023) and the technician working at 4:55pm was so rude. Couldn’t let me finish a sentence without interrupting and literally hung up on me. I always dread having to deal with them.. that’s our healthcare system at work I guess

If you’re going to place a same day photo order, make sure there’s someone at the store that knows how to do it. Placed an order for Mother’s Day. Went into the store 3 hours later right before they closed only for them to tell me they didn’t know how to process my order. Zero customer service was provided and the girl at the photo counter acted as if she could care less.

This review is for this one lady in the pharmacy, I don't know her name but she sounds older. I pulled up with my son there was no line and I pressed the call for service button. She asked how can I help you? As I was saying I'm there to pick up prescription supplies she immediately cut me off and said somebody will be with you in an irritated tone and hung up. My 9 yr old son in the back was like, "Mommy why is she like that why did she cut you off?" Enough said, please get rid of rude customer staff Walgreens. Even kids know how to act better. It was around 3:10 pm May 23rd, rude lady please stay away from customer service.
