An absolutely terrible and disloyal institution. I write prescriptions to this facility often and it’s always a complete hassle and waste of both mine and the patient time. I went in for a vaccine this evening and they decided to hide behind the policy of not giving a vaccine after 845 even though they close at nine and I arrive at 8:50. I see patients frequently more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, and do not hide behind bureaucratic policy. I will never patronize this institution in the future and will steer patients vehemently away from it

Poooooor pooooor poooooor service from the cashier. He literally threw everything we had in the bags. He had such a bad attitude. He said I'm having a bad day as he continued to throw everything. We told him if anything is broken we're going to get a new one he said I don't give a f%#k. Absolutely shocked with his service for a Walgreens employee. We even told him we hope his day gets better and he still shit serviced us. He was like I said I was sorry (not sorry if you ask us) This Walgreens is 770 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg,IL 60194.

I took my child here for their Covid vaccine. My child is 6 and was nervous about shots. The lady who administered the vaccine was amazing. She was kind and patient and had some tricks up her sleeve to keep my daughter calm and quickly give the shot. Highly recommend!

The managers are rude even when it's their fault for a mess up! I had ordered photos to this location. Which was a mistake.... picked them up and realized my package was wayyyyy to big for the amount I had ordered. Wasn't until I got home and checked over my photos and saw they put somebody else's package in mine as well. I immediately called back the store to let them know, I wouldn't be able to drop them off even though it was their mess up. Whatever "manager on duty" I had spoke with for some reason couldn't understand that I couldn't fit going back for their mistake into my schedule for this week. ITS HOLIDAY SEASON AND I GOT THINGS TO DO. She immediately caught an attitude and kept cutting me off to ask 'when is the earliest you can drop them off.' After already explaining "that's the reason I'm calling you to let you know about the mess up, because I won't be able to make it to that area anytime soon, so I'm not sure if you guys have to reprint this customers order or not. It's not really my fault you had put another customers order in with mine." And it was the same response with a practical eye roll and sigh through the phone was all that I was receiving. I told her I had the customers name and # on her packaged photos so they could remake them because unfortunately I wasn't going back to fix their issue for them. Not really sure why she was soo rude hence it wasn't my mistake... it was simply hers... it wasn't until AFTER I gave her the name of the order and said "I also have the number if you need that" she then cut me off and said "no I already have that but thanks" that was when I decided I was wasting my time and said "great then that's all you need from me" and hung up... next time you guys mess up an order like that... I would apologize to your customers because now you lost money ;) and if you're not happy with your job, find a new one hunny.

This pharmacy is the worst. They staff is uncaring and rude. They don't use their brains or common sense. Every time I have to wait even after getting a call from them that my prescription is ready. Go somewhere else!

My picture says everything! When you have two mega rolls of toilet paper and they're both empty, it tells me that your employees don't care. The paper towel dispenser was broken. Your employees don't care. Other than that, it was a regular Walgreens, albeit, a little bit dirty. It is winter so a dirty wet floors to be expected. However, I will also note that the carpet was worn. This Walgreens is definitely showing it's age.

Got my meds here 3 times and it seems too much to ask for a quick pick up. Always something wrong in their system
