Excellent experience at Schaumburg location. Adela and Bushra were very helpful and patience with my selection. Adela even offered to remake my progressive that I got from other location which I was not too happy with. I would definitely recommend this location if you live near the area. I’m really satisfied with my glasses and specially the service they provided.

Excellent service. I was attended by two ladies. They helped choose spects for me, explained in details with patience and excitement the different types of glasses and what would best fit my requirements as I wasn’t comfortable with the progressive lenses I was initially given and had to be readjusted.
The personalized attention I was given is what I will share with my friends and family for sure. Thank you so much !

Visited today with my wife for her glasses, I believe visionworks need to take off the chairs because the lady ( i gues her name bushra ) taking all the information by keep us standing. I am interested for my daughter's glasses as well but she told i have to go there only after appointment mean they don't take walk -ins and not interested to offer schedule appointments as well. She haven't provide all the information about the the frame price range covers in insurance and i believe she in not interested at all to serve customer or to do her job. i am not sure we are there to give the business or we are chasing to give them business. at last wasting 45 minutes came to know that even though insurance we have to spent apx $240 for a basic pair. we dropped the idea to continue with visionworks because from competitor we can get two pair in same amount. very disappointing feelings.

Adela and others were a pleasure to work with. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff with a nice selection and fair pricing. Exceptional fitting specialists and they spent time making adjustments and demonstrating best care. Will be going back here for my next purchase. Highly recommended.

I was not satisfied with my prescription nor my contact fitting. Doctor was very impatient with me at my first appointment, and did not even physically entee the room to see me at my follow up appointment. I ended up paying out of pocket to re-do my exam at an unrelated facility and am happy with my new prescription and fitting.

Visionworks in Schaumburg is the place to go to get the prescriptions eyeglasses if the insurance covers . Easy to make an appointment and the customer service is great.

Great location & team. From my first appointment to an adjustment to my new prescription I felt nothing but patient and great care from the team. More recently Adella terrific as we went over options (I was having issues with a new pair of progressive lenses). I walked out feeling heard and cared for. Everyone in the office has a great vibe too. Top marks!
