We moved our business over to Vinakom's fiber service at the beginning of 2023 and are saving a significant amount of money over our previous ISP. Service, speed, and up-time have all been rock solid. If you are looking for a competitive business ISP Vinakom is worth checking out.

what seemed like a promising new service provider, proved do not be anything of the sort. what we were "sold" and what took place as soon as we signed on could not have been any different than they turned out to be. A full service program became we don't provide that, and a supposedly simple set up (because we already have another customer in that facility) became a complicated, can't get it done for 35-45 days, undertaking. I would not recommend Vinakom to any business looking for administrative professionalism, communications service simplicity, or responsive customer service.

Avoid.Terrible service. We were customers for years. Never got good explanations or credit for downtime. When we asked them to cancel our service at the "End of the month", they continued to bill us beyond that and stated we did not clearly specify the Date of cancellation and that End of month was not clear. But they never mentioned this until after the new invoice was issued. We hadn't been using their service and their equipment wasn't connected, yet they demanded sizeable payment. There are better service providers. We are now paying under $100 per month with no commitment, for more than adequate Business Fiber internet, and they were nearly 10 times that. Garbage.

I work at BNC Quality Autobody in Schaumburg. I decided to go with Vinakom because it was spouse to save me money and give me less problems to deal with. I knew it was too good to be true everything the sales man said.

Very non professional people. Divya from HR team contacted me through email for an interview that if i can come in late in the morning i said i go to work but she didnt understand that. She never replied nd i waited for the whole day nd took a day off from work for the interview i tried to reached out many times through emails and voice mails if my interview was confirmed she responded me after the interview time so i told her that i could still come in 15 mins she said yes. When i was on way she said can u come tomorrow i said i was on way. When i went for an interview they gave me 3 pages form to fill out. Wasted an hour and other person was busy in talking with her team member so she kept me waiting. When she came in asked questions her ans was ur experience doesnt match the job requirements i told her i already mentioned online of all the experience i have why did they still asked me to come in when the ans was this. They wasted my full day non professional team they dont know how to respond to emails no "thankyou" and no "hi" i took a day off for this interview from my curent job.really wont suggest anyone to work in a non professional company!
