I wanted to buy some underwear and perfumes on Cyber Monday. Unfortunately I haven't enough time to get the stuff I wanted so I asked an employee if they are going to have the discounts the next day too. The answer was "yes, the discounts are untill the end to the week". So today I was there aaaand guess what? No such discounts anymore. It's easy to say "hi, how are you, can I help with something" but when you need information..... at least they could have said "excuse me, I am not sure" or something like that.I was waiting for this Black Friday and now I missed it because of this misleading employee. I am very disappointed ?☹️

They don’t send their employees back up when a line is visibly long and growing. If you ask them if they have Afterpay or Klarna, they have no idea and clearly aren’t trained to help a customer. The cashier couldn’t guide the customer in front of me through It and when she asked multiple people who worked there and clearly one who was a manager how to work It they said I’m not sure and just walked away from her. No one stopped to try and figure It out with her or with the customer. Thank I was able to help and try to guide the customer. That is not a great experience for at all.

The online order process guided me through the proper product fit, for in-store pick-up. The pick-up was expedient, simply showing my ID, and getting the gift bag with a receipt attached.

I asked for extra bag since part of my order was for gift, they said they are short of it and give me one cheap paper bag.So disappointed….

Wait time to check out was incredibly long as only one cashier was up front. When I went to talk to another store associate about the cashier needing assistance, the long, curly haired gentleman I approached decided to snap back at me that he could see the line but proceeded to do nothing about it and continued acting busy by looking at his phone. 20 minutes later after finally i was checking out, he made a snarly comment about not seeing the line while looking right at me as he walked to another terminal. Will make sure to order from a different store from now on to not seal with the atrocious customer service ever again. Spend your money wisely folks!

I got helped yesterday getting resized and got recommended two new bras. Very positive experience. The girl that helped me was named Raven and she was very nice! Definitely worth the trip

Terrible return policy!! Brought back 2 items with tags on clothes and receipt and original bag but it was over 30 days and the would not take the item back. They said I could exchange but they would only give me 32 dollars to exchange. The original receipt was 120$. Is this really the return policy for a high end store at woodfield? Is there a manager out there that can help?

Why can a store with so many customers only have 3 open checkouts, if they know how busy it gets, it's so they had 6. Aha's available! I already have more than half an hour waiting to pay!!

Wish I could give no stars, because that what it deserved!! I went to return a bra and the manager told me that transaction is declined because of excessive returns, and last time I was shopping maybe 2 years agoShe did nothing , she did not say sorry and she was rude! Fix your problems VS! Today I will close VS credit card I don't want to shop at this store any more! I was waited 30 minutes to return and then my return was refused! Speechless!!!! I came in because of coupons that were mailed to me. I decided on some items, and there was no one at the pink registers, so I went to the VS side. The sports bras that I chose were not part of the sale. (Signage was confusing) I said fine and went to look at other items. From previous experiences, I knew that I couldn't use coupons on clearance. After selecting other items, I saw a staff person near the registers and asked if he could ring me out. He said no but pointed and said she could. After my second attempt at being told I couldn't use said coupon, I purchased two items and left. It would be more helpful if signage was clearer or if staff interacted with me on the floor to better understand the use of coupons.

I came here yesterday for a bra fitting and to exchange for a different bra size due to purchasing the wrong size online. I sought out an associate myself, who then found me a different associate to help me but she didn't have a tape measure. Shortly after, she found one and was able to help me find my size which I appreciate. However, we found out together at the station that they don't carry the size I need at all. Some sizes are only available online and are not carried in stores. So, when I did find a style I like that has the size I need online -- I went to the checkout to get help with the exchange. There was a long line, but an associate approached me saying she can help me towards the front of the store. I'm not sure if she knew what she was doing but she said she wasn't going to be able to order the size I needed and that she would only be able to return the item for me and get it shipped back. She also didn't mention that I would lose my promotions etc should she do a return. I almost wish I took it home and did the return myself. I've never had this experience at the Victoria Secret in Chicago Ridge by me -- they were able to evenly exchange everything because a store would never want to refund someone. I think that there's room for growth here, and maybe the team needs additional training. This is the kind of store where you really need to know what you want so you can be in and out.

I initially had a difficult time with an online order exchange. Their manager Melissa was able to resolve and take care of this issue. Beyond helpful, super friendly as well as professional. With the help from a store associate Cesar, they both made this store experience extremely pleasant and I will definitely be using this location from now on.
