We visited the store last weekend (Woodfield in Schaumburg IL). An older women who served us was very rude. After we paid for the clothes, she pushed the bag with the clothes that we bought and looked at us….. this is the first really bad experience … It’s shame that she didn’t know how to behave towards customers…. She should learn how and when to use „the magic words” like „thank you” ! Fortunately there are a lot of other stores, so if we have a choice, we don’t have to buy from VERSONA!

Had a terrible customer service encounter today at the shop in Woodfield. I was making a return and 2 employees approached me. One says to the other, what’s the date. Employee A says, February 7. Employee B well today is March 14. She then looks at me and says, um we have a 30 day return policy and you’re passed the date. With my receipt in hand, I said, NO…the receipt clearly says 60 days return with original receipt. Employee B, oh we’ve changed our return policy. I said I’m not accepting that answer…call a manager. Employee A says she’s going to call ITZEL. She retreats to the back and while waiting for her to return, the employee left with me says, they were probably trying to use up the receipt paper and that’s why they gave you one with the old policy. After quite a few minutes, the employee reappears and says that the manager said to honor the return. But here’s the BEST PART…the new receipt they gave me for my return says 60 DAY RETURN POLICY WITH A RECEIPT! Beware!!

This was an amazing store. I'm a stylist with a 6ft 2" fiance. So finding clothes that are stylish and fitting is rare. Please please please get size 12 shoes. We will buy you out! Love you guys keep up the great work.

Nice clean store but many shelves were empty and items are extremely spaced out. Seemed to be low in stock.Good variety of items. They had a bride section and even a section with items for your dog.Worth a stop in to visit when at Woodfield Mall!

My fav store, but today for some reason the store is locked and closed. No one there, lights off. Sign with hours indicates open. Shame, a big part of coming to the mall was to shop here. Would've dropped some $
