I would give it a zero star if I could. The staff is so unhelpful. I just needed. My return package came in. They would provide a little bit of tape for me or let me to staple it, or put the shipping label to steal it.. UPS always takes care of them. This is just another reminder why I would never use USPS.

The lady that was working on 3/23/24 at 10:30am is by far the worse person in all of customer service. She wouldn’t accept my box because it wasn’t taped with their tape which she offered to sell me. I drove 15 minutes to another location and they gladly accepted by box.

Lovely staff always. I accidentally dropped off a package in the 24hr drop box with the wrong label on it. Oh no! I came in when the post office opened to hopefully correct my error. The staff member (I forgot her name) was kind enough to go through all the packages to find mine. There were a lot... I had shipped four separate items, and she got them all for me. I found the one with the wrong label, and was able to put the correct label on it. Then shipped it off! This was totally my mistake. So I greatly appreciate all the help I received. Thank you!

Don’t ever ship any priority mails from this USPS store. I opted for priority mail service which is said to be delivered in 1-3 business days and it’s been 2 weeks and the package is still in transit. The service staff is so rude and disrespectful.

My passport appointment was canceled without any notification, the Indian lady who worked there said she called me and she didn’t,if I received the call I wouldn’t drive 20 miles to get there with new born baby . Very unpleasant and unprofessional usps worker :(

I've been to this location many times and had yet another bad experience leading me to finally white a review. The employees here are very unhelpful and rude. I'd suggest going to the other schaumburg location if you want to work with people who are friendly and enjoy their jobs. The Asian lady at this location is just the worst and doesn't help when her scanner doesn't work and doesn't even try again or a different scanner or emter the code manually...just told me no. Terrible customer service here ? I drove to the other location where I was successfully able to mail my item. 5 stars to the Schaumburg Road USPS!!

I like this location it’s new and clean but only one person working and there are 12 people in line. Evidently terrible customer service.

Paru at the service desk is very ignorant with customers who are advanced. She provided the worst service i have ever received from a post office. I provided her with electronic prove of document from the Illinois Secretary of State site but she refused it and she wanted a paper or business card which she wasn't going to keep on file but to look at as though she couldn't look at the electronic document from a valid website. She later stated that she "did not know me and that is why she couldn't change my address yet my name and address was on the Secretary of State's web doc matching my ID. Aparently her supervisor on the phone seemed to understand me but she told me to changemy address online instead...what a shame that when i went to a bigger post office that is diverse with litrate and open mindedcustomer service people, they took my change of address with the same electronic proof without giving me a hard time. This small post office needs to change Paru the rude customer service. Never will i return but a change will occur. Such rude people with self gratifying biases and ethnocentrism have no place in public service.

The lady working at this shift she always mad and treat the customer in bad way , this was my fifth time in here and she got mad cause I had barcode in my phone and not in paper ( I have never any Issue cause of that)and she drop my items in the bin in a rude way, never coming back again
