Owner will not forward mail due to non renewal. This location allows others to use paid mailboxes and accepts mail by non customers. Mail tampering has been going on at this location for quite sometime. Investigation needs to be completed at this location. This location should be monitored how it handles non customer and customer mail.

After being a customer for years I could not get my mail forwarded once the owner heard I would not renew. False notification of packages delivered, other persons using my mailbox for their ability to receive mail , which is mail fraud. Owner needs to be investigated since he oversees operations.

Recently got a box there and had one missing order. The staff was friendly and helpful, the owner however was rude and not helpful.
