Maria Campo the beauty consultant at Ulta was super helpful in helping me find a foundation that matched my skin tone. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable asking as many questions as I had. Nicole was also amazing. I will definitely be returning! You ladies rock!!!

I came to this location the other day wanting to try some perfumes to find a new spring scent. They had a decent variety which was nice. The only thing I didn't love is that the employee by the perfume area was really pushy. Within 5 minutes she asked 3 times if we needed anything and what we were looking for. Even after spraying a random perfume and asking if I wanted to smell it and I declined. I went to Ulta to find a new perfume because I didn't want to be bothered and bombarded by a bunch of people at the perfume counters in the department stores at the mall. I ended up leaving purchasing a few other items but not a perfume because her persistence was really making me feel uncomfortable so I just left that area. I understand that they train the employees to ask you if you need anything or if they can help, etc but if someone says no, let them shop peacefully and don't try to customer service them to death.

Whoever answered the phone at 1:56 PM CT, was completely rude. I called to notify that I’d be late a bit for my eyebrow appt. Once telling the lady I would try my best to come in time and thanked her for checking, she just hung up. Although a GED is required to work at this said establishment, I am 100% sure that customer service and basic pragmatic skills were part of the high school curriculum. This is an absolute atrocity that someone incompetent is getting paid to provide 0-level customer service. For the future, “thank you” and “have a good day” are BASIC customer service greetings.

Awful. experience! The customer service team were unfriendly and unapproachable! I had an appointment for eyelash application but the consultant was not very helpful and after much awkwardness and little interaction, I ended the service before she got started. Don't recommend this store for lash or makeup services

They asked for all my information to return the product I bought, my email address, my home address, my phone number, my name, surname, date of birth. It is a very disgusting system. I definitely do not recommend it. It is a terrible place.sindy Although I stated that I did not have to give all my personal information to return a product, I was forced to give all my personal information because they said that they would not carry out the transaction.

One of the services provided at this Ulta location is to be a Happy Returns “Return Bar” for accepting returns from a variety of online retailers. I visited this store a few weeks ago to make a return and the Ulta store associate didn’t do something properly while processing the return. I have no proof that the return was accepted. This has created a huge headache for me. If you are going to be a service partner with Happy Returns, associates need proper training.

Really weird store pick up. Then when asked for a bag, she said i don’t have any here but we could as at the register… there were like 10 people in line. She could have just gotten a bag for us, no one else was in line. Really weird vibe in this store.
