Ulta, please, before hiring people, make an effort to train them! Teach them how to work with customers, smile, be polite, treat everyone equally regardless of skin color, eyes, or gender! Don't your managers read reviews? How can such a large store not have enough employees, with only one cashier who is always busy putting on makeup ? If you continue to serve customers at this pace, your business will decline.

How come every time when I shop here all the employees ignoring me all the time not even say hello to me when other customers walks in right behind me they Hello to them every single time. they are extremely racial to asians.
These young employees rounded together talking about their lives and I feel very uncomfortable being ignored when I walked in infront of them and they don’t even look at me . Feels very very Sad.

When I come, it’s always the same beautiful blonde lady that greets me happily! I don’t know her name but she is very helpful and educated on beauty products. She even helped me hunt down a new perfume I’ve been eyeing.

Had a great experience with Maria on the register today. She helped me look for my birthday gift email so I could choose one, unlike last year they just gave me hair treatment for dyed hair and I don’t t dye my hair. But she gave me good recommendation since I don’t really know much about all these products which I very much appreciated. She was very nice and helpful, excellent costumer service.

This place is trans phobic. After making the mistake of telling the girl (Yadi) that does my extensions I'm trans.. they mysteriously kept canceling my appointments, and refused to schedule me with someone else. If you are lgbt I would avoid doing business with them.
