If you know exactly where the item is in the store this the place for you. If you don't know where it is go somewhere else. No cashiers, two employees standing at self check out, which by the way didn't even acknowledge I was there. As walk around the store employees do everything in their power not to make eye contact so they don't have to speak or assist you. If you need a home improvement store go somewhere else, you won't regret it.

This is the second time I went to pick up a cabinet at Home Depot and received no assistance. The cabinet was located on the floor, not on a cart. Thew employee dragged the container across the cement floor. I had to hunt down a cart, then loaded the cabinet by myself. I am a disabled Vet, and this is the worst customer care I have experienced in 20 years of shopping there. We have waited two years for a part to be replaced on our Anderson storm door. Lowes and Menards are close by, let's see how they appreciate my business.

We have purchased several appliances in the past from this location. We recently purchased a new LG front loader washer to replace our previous LG.Upon delivery it was found that LG drain hoses went from 6ft to 4ft and we were told that we would need to buy an extension. That in itself was a disappointment knowing that LG cheapened out.When ordering the washer we were told that the delivery and installation was free if we bought the connection hose. We did. My husband asked the delivery man about leveling the washer and he said it was self leveling. He was ready to leave and my husband asked if he was going to connect the supply line hose and he seemed surprised that he was asked to actually install the machine.First off, the machines are not self leveling. The leveling kit that is included with the machine was in the machine when it was delivered as my husband saw it. Why it wasn't left in the machine is anyone's guess.My husband had to make a trip to Home Depot. They had no excuse for the actions of the delivery person. They gave my husband another leveling kit. And....they don't stock the extension needed to drain the washer.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a contractor and a pro member I've returned materials for more than $1,200 - 6 weeks ago. Return got lost in their system and no one from the management knew where it is as "the system" is operated out of state. Numerous calls and 6 visits to this place (each time manager is on the phone with other customer) to get back the money. Complete mess with nobody taking responsibility for anything. Don't waste your time, money and visit Menards or Lowe's. Better customer service and same prices.

This store needs to train or retrain their associates. Was there for curbside pickup and the app said there was an issue so I called the store but they didn't answer. I went to the store still on my phone watching as they repeatedly putting my call on hold. When I asked why they didn't answer my call they said they were busy and being on hold for a few seconds wasn't a matter of concern. I Told them that I was on hold for over 8 min. They seemed rude and made me. Feel like my time wasn't important. The reason for curbside pickup was that I am recovering from a broken foot and didn't want to have to walk into the store.

Years ago I purchased a Hinckley Springs 5 gallon water at Home Depot. Paid my $6.00 deposit and whenever I ran out went back and exchanged bottles for full one. Now my wife and I are moving out of state, to a state that does not have Hinckley Springs. I went to Home depot to get my $6.00 back and was told they do not return deposits. I had to contact Hinckley Springs even though they took my $6.00 deposit at the store. This is B S and the worst policy. Do not buy Hinckley Springs or shop at Home Depot. You are better off at Ace Hardware they do not have a problem returning your deposit, I know because they already did with no questions or issues.

I can't even begin to express how unsatisfactory my last visit was. I understand every place is a little short on staff right now but that doesn't mean you can just hire teenage morons that are not only unhelpful but also unkind. I understand it's a big store and when I ask for assistance it's often not their position that I should be asking but giving me a "bro I don't know" for a response isn't acceptable. The employees especially in the front should be able to point me in the direction of whoever I need to speak to instead of giving terrible answers. What infuriates me even more is seeing other people have also recently complained about similar things. This has only started to occur recently and it seems to only be an issue with this location. Until I start to hear differently I'm going to start traveling the extra two miles to the one on Meacham because the work ethic of these new teenage employees is unacceptable.

Every female that I went to too ask for help was rude as hell, especially the self checkout girl. Short black hair with glasses , never coming here again. Rude a** staff can't ever ask them anything cause they act like they dickheads. She's lucky she didn't get my bad side out .

We purchased and had new doors installed through Home Depot. Shortly after installation, the patio door was not working properly and was under warranty. Home Depot was not helpful and after a lot of back and forth, someone finally came out to look at the door. They gave us a new piece, we tried to explain that piece not the problem. The new piece did not solve the problem and the door is still not working properly to this day. We recently went through Home Depot for a new washer and dryer. The washer is showing an error code. Home Depot had said if there was a problem with it they would replace it if contacted within 48 hrs. We contacted them in less that 24hrs and they said they would send someone out on Monday. After 48 hours Home Depot called back and canceled the service. We will no longer be giving Home Depot our business.

If I could give this place a negative stars I would . I visited this Home Depot today ! Keep in mind I have lived here for 10 years and have been coming here faithfully and today I have had it !! The customer service there is HORRIBLE!! I had an employee yell at me for trying to use Apple Pay and she had such a smart attitude when I was asking simple questions. Then I went to pick up my curbside ordered and everywhere there DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME . I had to stay in that store for over 30 mins because no one wanted to tell me what happen to my order. I am so disappointed. You've guys lost such a great customer. & yes I will be bringing this to the corporate office because this is outrages of the lack of kindness. Just plain RUDE .

Nothing out of the ordinary at this Home Depot. Once you've been to one, you've been to them all. The associates here are helpful and one even proactively asked us if we needed help. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the home appliance area, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Plenty of sinks, stalls, and urinals. Sit or squat? Squat... there's still a pandemic after all.

As I still sit here in row 19, I'm on 17 minutes waiting for help. I have asked two associates to page someone and here I still sit. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The employee's don't know where the products are and are in no rush to help you at all. I will now leave and go to Lowes where people actually care about their customers.

We ordered custom order blinds 4k in total. Paid the $50 measure fee. Was promised that our order would meet our deadline. We triple checked as we wanted to use Home Depot due to the blind selection . Once the order was processed that's when the run around started. We were passed from the flooring specialist Saundra to a "follow up phone call" from Hector who never called. After multiple calls on OUR end I was given SM Bill Abeds ext 100 who's customer service is a clear reflection of his team, POOR - NO WORLD CLASS SERVICE- was given as promised. After SM Bill Abed rudely brushed me off he had ASM Patrick call me. They both didn't try to save the order or make our experience a better one so we cancelled our 4K special order. I own a business and I expect my team to great clients with respect and appreciation as clients choose where they shop with their hard earned money and I personally train my team that word of mouth is worth more than paid advertising. Big box or mom n pop customer service should be a priority with follow up and more follow up with any delays and when wrong make the customer happy. I'm disappointed and disgusted with Bill Abeds service and his teams. Home Depot lost
