My bed didn't change after 5 years of use even though I have 2 cats ! I'm ready to share my experience since I'm waiting for new delivery to have more in addition to the bedroom set. I attached below photos of new stylish black chair with loveseat that's gonna go to the office once i fully prepare the room. That looks modern and fantastic! Also I'm waiting for that cozy ans soft sectional with those unique looking and easy cleaning consoles! I gonna get it in orange instead of blue and in different size. But let me share with the last 2 photos I attached of my bed, where first photo is made 5 years ago and the second one - is current. As you see, there's no changes with the bed even though I have cats and I moved my bed 3 times since I purchased it !Now I got delivered new Tempur-Pedic hybrid "Luxe-Breeze", love how it has 2 layers of the cover besides the waterproof protector I use on the top of it. Outstanding level of look and sleep quality. My spine was never so relaxed as now and it got so easy to sleep straight on the back instead of changing position all night long. Definitely recommend , I'm obsessed with how my bedroom looks like and can't wait for the sofas coming in! Thank you Maya for helping me with everything and RoomPlace for getting these styles available to be delivered to my home?

I purchased furniture from room place at Schaumburg IL 5 years ago. I paid for a warranty, they told me the warranty is No use No loose and if I don't use it then I can get my money back as a gift card and use it anywhere I want.Now after 5 years I find a whole different story, the protection money MUST be used in room place items and I must spend 999$ so I can use my money. I don't want to spend 999$ I just want to spend my protection money only. They refuse and now they say if I don't use the money I will loose it and Room Place will keep it! (is that even legal).I talked with store managers, associates and there customer service too with no result.I need my money, if there sales associates gives false information to make the sale then they have to watch them and make sure they follow the law. what is happening is Illegal and Not acceptable also it may be illegal.

Very bad service the lady who is in customer service, I think she is the manager who is in charge of processing payments, is very arrogant and racist, this is the last time I buy there.

Worst servicing!! They take care of you till we purchase the product after that even though if you did purchase the protection plan they take almost a year to do the servicing for any repairs or replacements to be done.

At the room place is a store that sells different kinds of furniture. Customers can sit down on the models of different kinds of sofas. The staff will say hello to customers saying welcome to the room place and what kind of sofas are you looking for and also what color of sofas. Is in stocks.
