I can’t speak on personal visits but field trip here was a complete mess with terrible customer service. No organization, none of the staff knew how to handle a group reservation, not friendly with us at all. When we came originally for a tour before the field trip, they neglected to give us any materials (map, info sheets, etc.) or give us a proper walk through of the location. On the day of the field trip, staff made us wait in line with the regular customers despite our field trip reservation. Staff didn’t explain anything to us and everyone we spoke to was reluctant to help. Really bad attitude and organization issues.

I came here around 4pm just to price check a Lego chess set I bought for my nephew online. Despite me coming in for basic information that wouldn’t lead to a sale the dude behind the cashier was just so kind knowledgeable. He let me know about Lego points and was helpful and engaging despite me explicitly saying I wouldn’t be purchasing anything that day. I will def come back to this store to buy anything in the future! Besides ultra kind employees the store layout is easy to understand and flows very well

Pretty decent store. Employees are helpful and they seem to have a decent stock of sets. However, the location is pretty small and on busier days, lines can form to get in as the store reaches capacity. They're also quite expensive, but if you need a gift for a child or someone who enjoys making things, the Lego store is a good option.
