I used my membership maybe twice , so I wanted to cancel but you can only do it in person. Upon canceling I had to talk with the doctor and tell him why I’m canceling my membership, for me this is a horrible policy. Mind you ~ I forgot how rude this doctor is. My first visit he said he can adjust people my size, that he has adjusted big people before. And at the time I let that slide but now I remembered why I never came back in. So with this last encounter I told him I don’t need to come here ~ that my back is fine now , which he said “well it’s not fine “ and on the cancellation form he wrote (patient said they are “fine” and won’t need services) very passive aggressive. Don’t go here.

Excellent customer service. Dr. Rusell did an excellent job for my neck, shoulder, back and lower back pain. May, at the front desk was really friendly and she’s doing a great job too to all the customers who came in to that place. The price for the plan was affordable. The place was very calming and clean. I will come back for sure and refer “The Joints” to my family & friends. I felt so much better after my treatment. Thank you so much! It was a great and excellent chiro treatment! More customers to come!!!

Have been to other the joint chiropractic location and the enormous amount of wait time in this location is unbelievable. You could be at the location at 3p and will not be put into priority until 7p if there is a new clientele that walk in after you. It is understandable that they need new members to attract but it is a common practice to take care first of the already existing member especially if it takes an hour and plus minutes to finish the sales talk to a new walk in non member as opposed to adjustment purposes that could only take 8-10 mins max. No appointment needed but yes it does need an appointment to be prioritize in this particular location.

Although, I have never used a chiropractor in my life, Dr. Russell, knowing him in years past is much more than a chiropractor. Since 2014, Me nor my family has never eaten at a McDonalds from his ancient wisdom. He used to have a burger and fries laying on the front desk with the date it was purchased. In his enlightenment, he would transmit perhaps the most "essential" advice you could ever eat. He would state while you're looking at the date, If bacteria doesn't eat it--should you?

The dr was friendly and super knowledgeable!! Definitely going backSo I have been going to the Joint for two weeks now and the lower back pain I have had is gone. We started working on shoulder pain and already feeling relieve after two adjustments. Doing the stretches they recommend really help out as well!

Let it be known that there is NO REFUND on any package that you purchase! Guess what?! I am not satisfied with the new hours that you had changed a few months ago at this location. I do not have any problem with the doctor. Dr Russel is a great guy. I have a problem with their operation and corporate management! When I purchased the plan, I was under the impression that I could receive my treatments mainly on the weekends, which is no longer the case. For some reason, the corporate reserves all the rights to cancel days out and it seems that the costumers can’t even ask for partial refund after they change their business hours which no longer fits my schedule.

I’ve only had one visit so far but my impressions are positive. The system of checking in and out is streamlined, charges are very reasonable with no insurance hassles. I’ve had very good care from chiropractors in the past and this is comparable, attentive and caring.

It's a SCAM! A chiropractor in an actual Dr's office cost me $50 for about 20min, so when I saw The Joints prices I thought I was getting a deal. WRONG! The adjustment lasted no more than 5min. He didn't even adjust my hips, even though I told him beforehand that was my reason for coming in. When asked to adjust a specific body part, he said "next time".

Everything is fine except the operation hours .That is only down for me.I Am working all week outside of home and there is only Saturday ( not even till seven) when I can come, which is not enough. You should visit at least twice a week to have results.That is why I took the one starMilos

Dr asks questions continuously to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment. Always feel good leaving The Joint.

Literally always changing their hours, their chiropractors get worse and worse. They fire the good ones that know what they are doing and keep the ones that literally are terrible at their job. Could not recommend. Highly suggest finding a different chiropractor. That is what i am doing now. I understand sometimes people have a "off" day but for that past 3 months its been one bad chiro after another. I have been to 4 or 5 different locations with different doctors every time, how can they all be terrible?! Its quite sad really

Dr. Russell is amazing! I had a very bad experience at another Chiro which made my pain worse. He took the time to explain things and restore my faith in this practice. Highly recommend him to anyone. He is fantastic and I amAlready feeling the benefits!

I have been going here for the past 3 weeks and it has been a life changer. I have seen many chiropractors all of my life but they were just a quick band aid and never helped get rid of the real problem. I met with Dr. Russell the first day, sorry I was in a rush, but after listening to my issues he helped out immensely. I have been suffering from headaches about 5 times a week and after the 1st adjustment it just clicked. The area that caused me to have headaches is no longer an issue and I can now turn my head to see to the sides where I couldn't before. Thank you for your help and I will continue to come and visit.
