Worst!! No ones working. Was waiting at the electronics, no one showed up so I went to go get someone in the front. They said someone will be right there. When I walked back to the electronics, someone was already waiting and of course worker shows up and help that person first....

I mostly use drive up pick-up, it is convenient, fast and I save $ ?.I like that I can order 1 or 10 items and not worry about having to spend a specific dollar amount or a set time to pick-up like other merchants. I also shop in store, the store is kept up very nice and employees are awesome. Thank you Target!

Nothing pre-sliced to choose from and no one to cover a break at the Deli counter. Multiple associates passed on by without a glance as I stood there for ages. This must make for great sales. Do better Target.P.S. Your deli clerk, Michael, was very friendly and helpful when he did return. Excellent customer service on his end.

This review is about the Target store in Schaumburg at Schaumburg & Barrington roads. Very poor customer service when it comes to order pick up. This store consistently staffs the pick up desk with 1 person. This would be ok if the staff was trained to call for back up when there is a line waiting or they are tied up with a complicated situation. However, this NEVER occurs. I have given this feedback to them repeatedly but nothing changes. Unfortunately, this Target is the closest to my home so I shop here. For the most part, staff are nice but they seem to have no regard for their customer's time. Last week I went to pick up an order and the customer in front of me at the counter had a cart full of items she wanted to change to a different form of payment. This required the rep to talk to a manager and then re-ring the entire order. There happened to be a manager at the pick up counter talking to 2 other employees. I know he was a manager because he is the one the rep went to- to get help. As I stood in line, the manager & 2 employees had a conversation about space utilization....while I waited. No one acknowledged me or stepped in to help me. After standing there for over 5 minutes, a girl from in back came out and helped me. I did mention to her how frustrated I was that the manager & staff never stopped their conversation to assist me. She politely apologized, While she went to get my order, another customer got into line. The manager quickly acknowledged her and said there would be a short wait. Then after a minute of two he stepped up to a register & assisted her. I was furious! When I got home I contacted Customer Service and relayed this entire story to them. I was especially annoyed by the poor customer service role modeled by the manager. Why would the staff demonstrate good customer service when this is the behavior they see from their manager? The C.S. rep promised he would forward this information to the store's leadership team and someone would follow up with me. Well, no surprise- no one contacted me. I went to the store to pick up an order today and same situation. One girl at the counter with a complicated situation. She does not call for back up, but eventually calls for help handling the customer with the complicated situation. She finally helps me and now there are 3 more people waiting in line. Another rep or manager(?) comes by the desk and steps in helping the customers in line. The girl helping me never apologizes for the delay. She hands me the package and never says another word. Once again- crap service. I am extremely disappointed! I have been to other Target stores and not experienced such poor customer service. And, the leadership team at this store does not seem to care.

Bought a hoodie on line that didn't fit. Returned it next day and it was very quick and easy; less than 30 seconds!

One of my favorite Targets. I highly recommend this one as they are very clean and have lovely associates. I always find what I'm looking for. The pick up service is also amazing. Very happy with this establishment

It's a Target. You know what you're getting: decently made goods that will only last about 3-5 years at slightly higher prices than Walmart without the embarrassment of being seen in a Walmart.

Nobody answers the phone here at any department. Called multiple times and multiple departments and the line just hangs up on you.
