This target location is ok but the 3 star rating is because in the mornings it's hard to shop because they have a really loud machine going the noise is very irritating and obnoxious maybe consider using it before store opens

They had a baby swing on sale, but the sale was from last week. We couldn’t get it for the price on the tag even though it was their fault for not removing sale price after a week.

I tried calling customer service and nobody answers the phone. I then tried calling any department just to speak with a person and none of the other departments answer their phone either. All it does is ring and then hangs up. It’s pretty annoying.

I'm not the type to write reviews but today I did feel attacked at self check out with the worker this happened around 3:15 pm she was very rude while I had just paid and went into the liquor department to make another purchase which they had a sign saying to take it to a lane to pay which I went back into self checkout. The worker wasn't paying attention and once someone told her I was needing help scan my ID she starts rolling her eyes saying I should have gone all the way around to enter correctly which I stated why would I go around when the liquor department is right next to the lane I was self checking out ? She continues to argue . I hope you train your workers to be better at handling the lanes and actually watch them Not loaf around and focus in the entrance while guest need help .

Karen at self checkout today this afternoon(8/17/24) had abismal, discriminatory and antagonizing behavior. Ignored a shipt shopper for almost 7 minutes and when asked were they up next instructed them rudely to go to aisle 12 and that their first priority was self checkout customers. After that interaction the front end manager was nice enough to apologize and help the shipt shopper all for Karen to shuffle over to aisle 12 several times throwing merch in go back bins and asking condescendingly “did someone else help you? Good”.

I'm wondering what has changed at this location. This store when it opened in the morning would be pristine but lately the store looks like a bomb went off. Worst yet, no one is trying to recover it.

Highly disappointed in this Target, tonight my husband and I were checking out at self checkout services. The lady attending self checkout called a protection asset officer on us to surveillance us. We didn’t realize until we turned around and saw the officer looking and standing right behind us. Once we checked out and were leaving, I stayed behind to see the officer leave and go back into her office. Keep in mind we are POC, however, we are disabled veterans. Why would we have the need to steal? I am utterly disappointed and hurt by the actions taken by both the lady working self check out and the protections officer. I even attempted to call Target for an explanation but no one answered. We are humans too…

It was an amazing target run and we stopped at Starbucks.. My Wife and I really enjoyed our drinks, Alex did awesome job very friendly and just awesome worker can’t wait come back !

Good store but slightly pricier side....you can find some great finds in the clearance section though.

Management fails this store and community. Grossly understaffed location. Doing a drive up order has become a whole day affair usually involving two 30 minute waits. I only ever see 1 or 2 people handling drive ups despite what appears to be 20 spaces for cars. Register lanes are never open while the self check out like wraps out near the entrance. Going to Target is stressful and not customer friendly at all.

This is by far the WORST target in the area.
- will bait and switch clearance items. Not honor the price in the sticker
- will not sell you items that you have in your cart because they forgot to “throw it away” and the item had been discontinued to be sold at their store
- NEVER answers their phone… why offer a customer service line and not answer it?!?!?!

Always a good experience
