Used the car pickup service. Even though it was around 4:30 PM I was in and out of the place within 5 mins. The staff member who brought my stuff was also nice.

Target is my go-to store for everything I need! There’s probably no Target that I would not like. The aisles are always well-stocked and organized. The product selection is fantastic, offering a wide range of high-quality items at reasonable prices. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

The Schaumburg store is certainly improving and I am so happy. It will make my life easier. Always loved shopping at Target, but there was a time that service was not good and I stopped going to this store, I do not like bad experiences in my shopping.

My son is very happy. Whatever I buy from target, it’s a great quality.

If I could give a negative 0 I would.. they hand picked all the rude people around and hired them. They kicked everyone out of the store so they could close, like if you don’t like your job there’s someone with the want and need to treat and appreciate customers, remember they are the reason you have an income. And to the lady full of wrinkles wearing a mask, not only you are passed rude, you need to learn the proper way to handle customers merchandise, we don’t like our stuff thrown around.

Terrible customer service, guest service desk was so rude and took it out on me. She proceeded to slam the product I was returning and then told her coworker she is quitting if she doesn't get help today. After my return, she refused to check out my items because she has a long line. Then I had to wait in another line just to check out 3 things.

I actually grew up around this Target. I had friends living in the neighborhood behind so its wonderful its still around. RIP Dominick's! Anyway, this Target is always a pleasure to go to. There are always positive vibes if you know what I mean. I always check out with Seraphina because she's AMAZING! One thing I recommend is to use a better system with your carts. When I exit, I always feel like a cow on the farm being herded. Something to think about. Regardless, keep doing what you guys are doing! <3
