Honestly, if I could give this zero stars, I would. Actually, this review is mostly for Jaqueline - if we had had the opportunity to interact with any other associate at this store, maybe our experience would have been different. My husband and I have been to this store twice, with two separate issues. Before we finished our sentence, Jacqueline us she could not help. Both times, she did the exact same thing and was rude and disrespectful the entire time, even rolling her eyes at us. Maybe she was irritated that we did not understand something that seemed basic to her, but she was extremely offensive in her attitude, tone and behavior. We persisted and attempted to express what we needed help with because T-mobile customer service told us we needed to and she dismissed both times. We went to a different store and our issues were handled very differently and resolved. I hope you do something about her and her attitude - it is truly unacceptable. We will never go back there.

Terrible location. I have stopped in twice in the last 2 weeks to deal with issues that customer service directed us to a location for. Same poor experience both times with associate Jacqueline. She seemed more concerned with making clear what she cannot do rather than trying to help find solutions to issues that customers have come in for. Went to another location and got our issues sorted out very quickly.

Be very careful when you go to this store.They upgraded me to a plan where I can have new iPhone but 1) they never mentioned it was a promotion they just mentioned it is good plan. 2) My monthly bill went up by $140. complete scam.

This upgraded me to a plan to have new phone and screwed me over. 1) my bill went up to $140 2) I cannot get new phone because the promotion was over and the sale never mentioned it was a promotion they just mention a new plan They are thieves

Jackie is/was great!! Very knowledgeable; she took time to explain the differences between iPhones (14 vs. 15 vs. Pro versions) and made the transition from Android to iPhone less scarey. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Jackie!!

Expected a long wait for a Saturday. Not at all. Kevin was very helpful and we were able to do an upgrade, add a device, and set it all up in less than 2 hours. Thank you!

Screwed me over on a phone. Traded in IPhone 12 mini supposedly worth $830. Bought 13 Mini worth ~$600. Apparently I still owe them $140 tho… Unfortunately the operator in India can’t really grasp the meaning of the word “credit”, because in their system they are “crediting” me $140… And of course when the deal was made is was all signatures on tablets, I have no clear paperwork on what we agreed at all…Unbelievable… 10 years being a client of this company.No entirely the store’s fault but they set up the whole thing, so…Already bought into it, so I’m screwed anyway.

Came in to upgrade my iPhone to a new one on Sunday. Was super busy but Diego was super nice and kept checking in on my Family and I. Was super clear of the changes in my account and was quick and efficient. Not sure if it’s appointment ran or not but I definitely recommend him. Thanks Diego

TERRIBLE PLACE!! I DO NOT recommend this store! Stopped by a couple of days ago. The young male staff who was trying to help me with my account was making me very uncomfortable for photographing my ID without explaining why… now that I thought of it, I have never had this kind of encounter before — I don’t think this is right to do that especially I wasn’t trying to open an account with them. I SHOULD HAVE AVOIDED GOING TO THIS PLACE. TT I’m going to call T-Mobile and report this behavior of this particular salesperson.

I think I annoyed the hell out of this "sales team" by asking them to show me the differences in plans that they have. I came in looking to switch providers. They immediately quoted me their most expensive plan, without bothering to check if I need it. When I asked to see the differences in the plans - I was told to check the internet. Getting answers to any additional questions was like pulling teeth, very unwilling and painful.There were no other customers in the store and 4 guys sitting there had their noses glued to their phone screens. I can't remember if I ever felt like I'm such a huge annoyance and inconvenience to a sales person. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I only gave T-Mobile a three-star rating I don't use them I use Cricket which I am very very happy with my sister has T-Mobile and she is not happy with it and she is going to change the cricket but I'm still sure it's a halfway decent company
