I recently had an exceptional experience at the T-Mobile store while looking to upgrade my iPhone XS Max, and I feel compelled to share it. Over a span of nearly two months, I found myself in a stressful situation; not only was I indecisive about upgrading to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, but I also managed to crack my old phone, adding to the urgency.Throughout this process, I interacted with various staff members across Apple and T-Mobile, seeking advice and gathering information to make an informed decision. However, it was the support and service from two T-Mobile representatives, Gigi and Ty, that truly stood out.Gigi and Ty demonstrated incredible patience, knowledge, and communication skills. They took the time to understand my needs, provided detailed information in a concise manner, and helped me navigate through the overwhelming options. Their approach not only eased my decision-making but also turned a potentially taxing experience into an enjoyable one. Their customer service was not just helpful but also genuinely engaging, making the entire process less stressful.Moreover, their presence at the store is a tremendous asset. I advocate for more hours for both Gigi and Ty because they embody the kind of experience T-Mobile would want every customer to have. More hours for them isn't just about recognition of their hard work; it's about enriching customer interactions and sharing their unparalleled service with more people. It's clear that their dedication and personal touch in customer service greatly enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.I am wholeheartedly grateful for Gigi and Ty's assistance and believe they should be rewarded not only with recognition but also with more opportunities to engage with customers. Their ability to connect with customers, provide thorough assistance, and make them feel confident in their purchases is invaluable. If you are ever in need of an upgrade or any service, visiting them at T-Mobile will ensure you leave not just with a great product, but also with the assurance that you've made the right choice.

Came in to add a line and see what deals they had going on. Was told with my plan, there was no way to get any deals or promotions. As I was talking about prices and plans , was told that I don't get what he's talking about. I then called t mobile which is what I should have done in the first place. Within 15min I added a line and got 700.00 off a second phone. Maybe the people there should learn or do their job better before telling customers that they don't get it.

It's been more than 6 months and my billing issue was never resolved. I've contacted the owner and TMO multiple times about my issue and their answer is to just wait. Be careful of this store owner/workers and the company because when you have a problem or complaint they'll just push you off to the side and hope you never talk about it again. Lost my number of 20 years for a new account and got screwed over. Very disappointed. Good luck everyone.

Have come here on two occasions, had a great experience with two different employees therefore came back today for my third time. Don’t waste your time. Guy was rude from the minute I walked in, condescending, had absolutely no interest in helping me or making a sale. He could care less about his job and it was written all over him. He also clearly was sick and didn’t belong at work. Do better T-Mobile. Very unhappy customer. Absolutely unacceptable treatment.

I called a spoke Anthony and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He told me to come in and he would take care of me. I needed internet service. I walked in and Anthony was busy but he made sure I was taking care of. I want to thank Anthony and Young for all their help. The 5G internet is awesome?

My husband and I went to this location in April to open a new account due to a current promotion Tmobile was having + a work’s perk from my husband’s work. He received a work flyer that confirmed these 2 promos could be combined. A team member at this location helped set us up, and he confirmed the promos were confirmed and what our monthly bill would be. All my husband had left to do was to call customer service and confirm his work’s perk which he did the same day. For months now, we’ve been billed the incorrect rate. We’ve went back to this location and met with the manager Young Ko who said he’d help get this resolved which to this day it has not and we never heard from him again. He basically ghosted my husband. Customer Service ended up telling us that this location set us up incorrectly, and they’re unable to honor the rate we were quoted. The best that can be done is a re-train which does nothing for us.

I went to T-Mobile to have a screen protector installed. The representative was nice and good at installing the replacement screen protector. Some reps aren't very good with getting all the bubbles out, so taking his time showed me he really does his job good

My first time probably last time here. 8-1-2023 I walk in to purchase a pair of apple ear buds. Only 2 guys working. No one greets me, no sign in sheet, no hey sir we will be right with you, no one even acknowledges me. At this point I usually turn around and walk out but I really needed some ear buds. Not sure if this guy was Hispanic or Indian but I walked up to him and ask him how long before I can be serviced I just need a pair of lightning ear buds and he says to give him a moment. No problem. 10Minutes later he comes up to me and asks me what I need again and I tell him I need corded lighting ear buds, he keeps saying air pods and that’s not what I said. He then grabs them and approaches me and says they are 19.99 like it’s a problem, I tell him it’s fine. I can only imagine how long I would have been there had no one acknowledged me, plus there were 4 other people waiting and more people coming as I left. This place needs to be trained in interpersonal skills and customer interaction.

Had to return a product. I dealt with Ty and Young. Thetly were a great help and very supportive. I recommend coming here to purchase instead of dealing with TMobile through the web/app.

There are these young guys who a few of them raised their voices and very disrespectful especially after waiting like 40 minutes just for a question and one of them I was unfortunate to ask his help a few times, one time was no customer there but me and he was very fast like galloping through the issue I asked and I felt that he wanted to get rid of me, very disrespectful. If you'd not buying anything even I'm a T Mobile customer, they just don't pay you much attention like you're nobody and don't bother them. Horrible. T Mobile should be aware of people they hire.

I recently had an incredibly positive experience at a T-Mobile store when I needed help with my phone. From start to finish, the staff was fast, helpful, and incredibly smart when it came to troubleshooting my issue. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service that I received at this T-Mobile store. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service and that my phone was working properly before I left the store. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone who needs help with their phone or any other mobile device. I had previously had a very negative experience with the T-Mobile on Irving park rd. I went to this store not long ago to get help with the same issue and I could tell that none of the workers wanted to be there. When I walked in, the store was empty and I had to say hello for someone to come out of the back of the store. When I finally received help, they were only trying to sell me a new phone instead of helping me fix my phone which is only 2 years old. After this experience, I was ready to leave tmobile for another company that values its customers much more but decided to give it one last chance and ended up at this store. This store changed my mind, made me feel valued as a customer, and is the reason I will continue to be a loyal tmobile customer.

When I have any kind of an issue with my phone I stop by the t-mobile store. They are always very kind and help me no matter how little the issue is. They always have a smile while helping me.
