Stopped by this store in late May to get a monthlt prepaid service for the two new cell phones I've just purchased for family. I asked for the cheapest monthy pre-paid phone plan and I was told it's $25 each for the cheapest plan plus another $25 each for initiation. I went home and found out this store has LIED TO ME about the cheapest plan as it's only $10 per phone instead of $25!!! I've called and complained and received no refunds!!! I've decided to switched to $10 per month plan after the first month for another two months and both line were cutoff the services after only one month regardless I've already paid for another two months. I called the T-Mobile Pre-Paid services and got put on hold for ~10 min before I can speak to anyone. It took another 20+ minutes for someone to understand the situation and turn both phones back on without any explaination as why they did this.TERRIBLE LIES AND PREPAID PHONE SERVICES FROM T-MOBILE. DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEIR CHARGE OF THE PRE PAID PHONE INITATION FEES ARE ALSO RIDICULOUS!!!

Dear T-Mobile,I am beyond outraged at the fraudulent and deceitful practices that your company has engaged in. I was promised an exchange of my old iPhone for a new one, with the possibility of unlocking it after just 3 months. However, it has now become clear that this was nothing more than a lie.To make matters worse, you have now locked me into a contract for 2 years, during which time I am forced to pay the exorbitant price of your maximum tariff or face paying the cost of a new iPhone myself, despite having already surrendered my old one to you.This is absolutely unacceptable and I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Your company's actions have caused me undue stress and financial burden, and I will not stand for it.I expect prompt and decisive action from your company to make things right, including unlocking my phone as promised and providing compensation for the damages caused.Sincerely,An extremely dissatisfied customer

I came here after going to a couple of other locations that didn’t really help me out much so I tried this location based on reviews. Danny helped me get a new phone and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will go to this location again.

I'm not one to write online reviews but this store absolutely deserves it. Not only did they give me an incredible deal but when one of the discounts did not get applied right away (not their fault) they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. All of their staff has been exceptionally friendly and transparent. Rarity, even more so for a cell phone store!

After receiving little help and poor service from the Arlington Heights location, I travelled to the Woodfield shop where I had the pleasure of working with Jackie. She was able to transfer my plan from post-paid to pre-paid and worked though any technical glitches we ran into like a pro. Wonderful service, and I will be attending this shop from now on.

I don't like to leave bad reviews because some people deserve them, the person who works in this store was arrogant and didn't want to help me and activate the card on my phone and I've been their customer for many years, she literally left me usted chicaga without an activated phone and when I told her ma'am, but without connection and internet, I won't even know how to get back to the apartment because I need an internet gps, she told me, I'll write you on paper where to go, it's a real shame that such big companies don't have a little more serious selection when hiring workers because in this way with people like this they will only lose clients,,, such rude and uncultured people do not even deserve to work in the market,, avoid this place,,,???

I bought two of the tempered glass screen protectors for two phones. I was told by a sales associate from this store that it would only be a onetime payment of more than $40 for each screen protector. This onetime payment would guarantee a “lifetime” replacements of the screen protectors when needed. However, this was not the case when I went into the store today. I was first of all attended by a sales associate swearing and displaying a great deal of annoyance. He then informed me that the only way to get this promised “lifetime” replacements of screen protectors was by paying the monthly $18 insurance payment. After trying to explain to him my situation all he had to say was that the other sale associate just wanted to make a sale. He didn’t seem to care or even tried to help in any way. If you don’t want to be taken advantage of avoid this store! All they want to do is make sales and take your money.

So this is a way overdue review for our guy Tylo at the T-Mobile on the upper level of Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg.. Tylo clearly loves his job and he is passionate about helping the people that come into his store get the right product for them AND save them money!. Tylo was so patient with us over our 2 day ordeal of transferring everything from sprint over to t-mobile. He made countless phone calls to ease our way, made us laugh when we were beyond frustrated and made the whole process feel less aggravating considering the rigamarole of the transfer. Our daughter who is on our plan lives in California and he even called THEIR t-mobile to assist in the transition! Tylo was so sweet and patient towards our toddler as well which was a huge bonus for us because he spent quite a bit of time in that store. I would 10/10 recommend Tylo to anyone who asks, he honestly made the transition something we could handle. He was so upfront and honest about literally everything. Thank you again Tylo!

Worst customer service.I bought 5 lines from this store when they offer $ 100 gift card for each line. I receive for 4 lines and never received gift card for the fifth line. It's been almost 9 months.I keep trying to connect but never get satisfied reply. Employee who process my lines is not working there anymore and when I called customer service about this, reply was Employee made a false promise and want me to talk to him.I sent email to store owner couple of days back, haven't heard anything back yet.Waiting to get it resolved before 1st anniversary.
