We adore going to this location for myKid’s haircuts!! We were going to a different place but they were always inconsistent. Kate is always on point with her cuts and my son really loves her. Very kind, very patient, and does an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to this location since it opened years ago and always had good experiences. Unfortunately this location has gone downhill in the last 6 months. A constant turnover of stylist and some of the worst haircuts I have ever had. Have moved on and will not return.

So the haircut was fine, and the stylist was very nice. However I was in and out in under 6 minutes, and I paid $39!! I tipped $10, so I was still charged $29 for a haircut period. I didn’t get an offer to wash my hair, the massage, or the MVP, which I used to pay $25 for btw. I wasn’t expecting that. She didn’t style it, didn’t even put a comb in it. Wasn’t asked if I wanted any product in it, like seriously,, I was in and out in less than 6 minutes and paid $39. I’ve been getting charged more every time, and for WAYYY LESS! NIce stylists she was, but I think I way overpaid . I said I’d give it one more chance, NEVER again!!!Service: Buzz cut

I asked for a 2 inch trim on my hair and then my barber proceeded to leave less then 2 inches of hair on my head. She then asked if I wanted the back of my head buzzed to which I said no too and then proceeded to do it anyways. Embarrassing and disrespectful. You guys just hire fucking anyone it seems.

I used to go to the Streamwood location but my stylist changed locations so I tried this location for the first time. My star rating is really for my stylist as all the locations have the same decor . I suggest making an appointment in advance thru the app but the suggested wait times are not always correct so arrive early. This location is in a busy strip center but parking is plentiful. As long as my stylist is at this location. I will be back!

I have tons of autoimmune issues. I requested my barber to wear a mask and said I would even tip much higher. She refused as did the other lady in the store.
