I can't begin to explain how happy we are with Mary and Angelique with the Sleep Number store in Schaumburg, IL.!!! We went in for the first time ever just to check them out and they were busy. Mary and Angelique not only greeted us but were also very attentive to my family. While they explained all the various Sleep options they had to offer they also addressed my Wife's and my very different Sleep styles. They came up with our PERFECT solution. We bought a new ILE bed with adjustable base and we are sooo happy we did. Delivery and set up by the delivery guys was instructional, fast and easy. Again Mary and Angelique were amazing to work with and I have been non-stop sharing our AMAZING experience with Friends and Family about the Sleep Number store in Schaumburg, IL. Especially Mary and Angelique!!!

Conner and Mary spent a lot of time making sure I had what I needed in order for my bed to be comfortable and delivered when I needed it. I would definitely recommend Sleep Number in Schaumburg.

I have sleep apnea, so went to see what the hype about the Sleep Number bed was about and Connor was amazing! Once you experience the virtual experience and find your sleep number in store, you will not want to go back to your regular bed. Best money spent!

We went looking for new bed, and the store associate Mary took her time with us and showed us several different Sleep number beds and their features. She helped us find the right ones for us. Very happy with the service and the Beds we bought.

I was in Chicago for a Cheer competition with my daughter, and I stopped into the store to check out an option that might help my lower back issues. I was greater by a warm and friendly man named Connor. He was amazing! he took the time to listen to my story, talked to my daughter, and asked why we were in town.Connor took a lot of time to walk us through the process of figuring out the best bed option for me, and did a diagnostic to help me find my sleep number. He suggested a pillow that would help keep my head and spine in line for even more comfort. He was time conscious, because he knew we had to get ready for the Cheer comp. He took extra steps to assist us find the best option. The next day he check in and asked how the competition went and wished us a safe trip back home.My wife came to the local store and received nowhere near the same level of attention and assistance. She was ignored, given a control and left to figure things out for herself, and was given attitude. I realize that not everyone is going to bring the same level of passion and expertise to their job as Connor, but basic decency is not too much to ask.I am getting a sleep number bed because it is an amazing bed, and I feel that it will truly assist with my back issues. had I received the same treatment as my wife that would never have happened. Connor is a a very knowledge and courteous salesman, and a huge asset to his store and company.

Awesome.! I received my sleep number bed today day delivery driver and assistant came in and assembled the bed gave me instructions on how to configure the bed and also configured our app on our phone and adjust The bed. The delivery personnel Took his time and went through all of the adjustments explain to us each of the settings both for myself and wife went through the warranty and make sure that we had 30 days in order to complete the online portion. Great customer service!
