The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. I will absolutely be going back to this store because of Corrine (might be spelled wrong). She was absolutely fantastic and I really appreciate all she did for us!”

“I recently received a necklace from this store as a gift from my boyfriend. I was wearing the necklace for less than a day and it had broke. I contacted customer service and they were SUPER helpful and very nice. She helped me get a replacement one shipped to me so that i didn’t have to drive an hour away to get it. “In terms of its interior physical layout, design, and presentation, Bloomingdale’s outlet is a very classy, non-cluttered big step up from the Nordstrom Rack in the same Plaza .For men, the shoe selections is are at a minimum and Nordstrom rack has them beat.There are a few decent finds in the men’s clothing department, but this store greatly caters to women’s clothing and shoes; and I would recommend it for women to find a special item or two as opposed to Nordstrom Rack.”

“Wow! I walked into the store and was blown away at the amount of merchandise. They have final clearance which is 75% of retail store. Last season items selected for 60% off retail. Then they have last collection at 50% off retail and finally the basics and some new items at full price. I spent about an hour in the store and saved about 1K off items that are from previous collections I couldn't find my size, so I missed out on classic pieces. I will be back k and the staff is very helpful!”

“I popped in just to see if I liked anything and from the moment I entered I felt so welcomed. I appreciate that the associates let me roam around and only checked in here and there. I LOVED Olu! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about sizing, especially with how blazers should fit my frame with my height. I appreciate that she also brought me a pair of heels and tanks to use when trying on clothes. That was so helpful! It helped me finalize my decision since I do often wear heels. I've been to other locations but this one definitely had the best customer service. Scarlett assisted me with check out and she was super kind and helpful. Definitely coming to this location more often.”

They are very attentive and helpful, I wish I got their names. They offer to put all the clothes in the dressing room as I picked them out and when I was getting ready to try on they had some other things they suggest I should try ! And I ended buying a few things they picked out as well.... my experience has been really great. Would go back if I’m every in town!”

“I obtained a pair of used spikes and found that the "nails" were uneven; I called Xtra Mile Running and spoke to the owner, Chris. He told me to bring them in and replaced the defective spike nails for free, even though I was willing to pay for them. It was very kind of him. I intend to purchase running shoes for my child, in future, from him.”
