Extremely helpful staff! We had our office painted a few years ago and we weren't sure what paint finish we used. They were kind enough to dig in the system to find our purchase and get us the exact paint that we needed. The ProMar paint quality and finish is second to none!

Glad to see there was a new manager. The previous one was not very friendly or helpful. Glad to see some re-arrangement of the store. Employees were very helpful.

Quick unloading, only be careful backing up to dock their asphalt surface is not even so you could stuck your trailer landing gear!

Best customer service ever! One of the top three stores in the DFW area for volume which says something for their business. With the amount of home renovation going on in the Flower Mound area this store can get crowded at times but they seem to really try to help everyone as quickly as they can. I've seen some rude and "entitled" customers in the store on occasion but generally everyone seems to get fair treatment. The employees here definitely all seem to really care about your project and they give much better painting guidance than you get at the big box home improvement stores. Great store, great employees... just don't be in a hurry when you go in

Worse customer service ever. Waited in the front for five minutes and had to ask for help as they continued to stock shelves. Woman was rude and nasty. Don't need that kind of treatment. Went to Lowes got wonderful service and they were awesome. Spent $300.00 for my stain at Lowes. Won't ever go back to Sherman Williams. This had happened twice at Flower Mound location. Nasty Service.
