This place went downhill so much after owner change. I always came here for convenience but I’m not coming back. I always have to argue with a someone because their prices differ per person. Example: depending on the person an
Arizona is either 99c or $1.29.
There was even a time when I went there and one of their ice cream providers came to refill their freezer, come to find out they threw it away. He told them they would have to charge them and all had to say was “we changed ownership. We don’t have it”. They guy left furious and said the company will hear from them….
Save your money don’t waste it here!

Avoid this Shell gas station for your own and your car’s safety. I was among the unfortunate customers who purchased gasoline here, only for my car to break down within minutes due to contaminated fuel. Several other vehicles like me had to be towed after refueling at this location. Initially, the owner (Margie Heidner) promised to reimburse repair costs and associated costs, but after receiving the receipts, she began ignoring all attempts at contact. As you can see, the fuel pump and spark plugs was replaced. This $17 gas ended up costing me $3,000 worth of damage (including rental car + tow fees) that the shell has been avoiding to pay. They are scammers.

Same thing as the other posts- spent NYE waiting for a tow truck because my car stalled out due to contaminated gas from this station!

I got gasoline from this location, and shortly afterward, all the lights on my dashboard came on, and the engine shut off completely.
This incident caused me significant trouble on the night of December 31st, as I had to get my car towed because it wouldn’t start again.

I got gasoline from here, all my dashboard lights came on, and the engine shut off. A cop came to me and informed me that there have been several cars that needed to get towed after getting gas from there. Bad experience.AVOID

Absolutely th worst gas station. Always issues with the pumps. The card readers are constantly giving error. And like some say, it his a hit/miss with the workers. Some are nice but mostly they are not helpful at all. To the owner of this franchise: GET IT TOGETHER.

This gas station use to provide FREE air that was mandated in the village of Schaumburg. Not any more. The free air is permanently labeled "out of service". It was a nice feature. I'll won't be buying gas at this station any longer.

This place is not 24 hours and if they post hours then it's not accurate they close when they want. Also there is a elder lady with blonde hair I don't know if she is rude or racist but she has a mouth on her and she is not professional. Just a heads up to anyone that goes to this location Higgins and plum Grove Rd
