I had my car in for general maintenance Friday. The next day the car dies and Toyota Schaumburg won't tow my car in and they let me know they are not responsible for any repairs. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I had to call 5 times today just to get somebody on the phone. The 5th call was to the service manager. Goodbye, never again

I was very satisfied with my visit. There was a little glitch though when paying my bill, your cashier seems uneasy with me to sound annoyed and murmuring”…I’m just working here…”, so, I apologized. But she seems to be needing some training in handling customers, I suggest. Thank you!

A majority of the service team is great and have great attitudes. EZ is one who stands out and exemplifies great customer service. He is always courteous, informative and helpful. The service on my car is always done efficiently and with a high quality and care.
