We went there couple of weeks back and inquired about corolla cross hybrid, the salesman seemed agitated and fraustrated that we were looking for a hybrid! the salesman tried to convince us to not take a hybrid, i mean, i know what i want, and that does mean you try to explain me what to get instead because that is better (in price for your commission).

I really appreciated Darek Gniadek's professionalism and honesty while purchasing my vehicle today. There were no surprises, and he was very upfront about the entire process. Usually buying a new car can be stressful and intimidating, but it was nice to work with someone who genuinely cares to help you rather than someone who just wants to make a quick sale. Absolutely vile salesperson and new car manager. We agreed to MSRP plus tax/title/tag/doc fees, with absolutely zero other dealer add-ons. When we arrived after a 6-hour drive, they threw on $5,000 of useless add-ons (“protection” sprays, warranties, etc.) and refused to explain them or take them off the deal. They became very rude and pushed us out of the store as soon as they realized I wouldn’t pay 5k more than we agreed to. They also claimed that they discussed the add-ons in a recorded call, but they claimed they couldn’t pull up the call. It’s surprising how “well” they remember this call that didn’t actually occur, and how they conveniently couldn’t access the system for recorded calls. An absolute disgrace of a dealership and sales team.

Went to Toyota Schaumburg to purchase a new car, the staff was overall welcoming and answered all my questions. Darek helped deliver my car and he was great! Made the process smooth even though he wasn’t the original sales man! He communicated with me consistently keeping me updated on any changes that may had affected the delivery of my car. Overall great experience.

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from Schaumburg Toyota and the great assist from Darek Gniadek led me to a great and smooth buying experience.
He answered all my questions, and gave me all information I needed. I learned a lot about buying and financing.

I purchased my vehicle with Gabriel Cacho. He was personable, a good listener, respectful of my time and most importantly not aggressive. That goes a long way to impact rather I would refer a dealership. To work with him, I would. I purchased a used Mercedes but my family is big on Toyota and I’ll be sure to drop his name when they are buying again.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Darek who helped us purchase our Toyota Venza. I filled out the form on their website to see if they would buy my mother's 2012 RAV4. I received an email from their customer care specialist stating that they would buy her car and that the pre-owned manager would contact me to discuss the details. I never heard from him so I went by the dealership only to have them tell me that they are not looking to buy cars that old. I don't understand why they did not just state that upfront instead of completely wasting my time like that. I would not be so upset except this is the second time they've wasted my time this week. I went by the day before to have my TPMS light reset. It was still on when they gave me back my car. They said it would go away after driving it a while. It has not gone away, and my mother said that the technicians should know that it goes away immediately if it is done right (they did the four tires but missed inflating the spare which is usually the cause of the light) so now I have to go to Discount Tire to get it done right because Toyota decided to make the spare tire on this model year RAV4 impossible for normal people to unzip and take out. In sum, all of my experiences at Schaumburg Toyota have been made unnecessarily lousy and miserable in ways that a minimum of service and effort could have prevented.

Just be aware that this garbage dealer charges a 3% fee for using a credit card. This is an insult for any customer, much less those paying hundreds or thousands of dollars already.
