I needed to go somewhere to buy parts for my husbands civic. he just told me what to get but didn’t tell me where. so I googled honda parts and schaumburg honda came up w great reviews. I went there and patrick was so amazing at helping someone that didn’t know anything. I was so impressed he took the time to guide me through what I needed! thank you so much !!

Took the time to make sure I understood, explained policies and details about my car and its issues. I’ve had nothing but Honda vehicles for the longest time and whenever I need any Honda parts and accessories, this is where I go! Louie is very professional and is always a delight to work with; he provides his honest opinion and is never upselling me anything, it’s been a delight working with him.
This is the only place I go for all things Honda parts and accessories I need!

I went to Honda's parts department after my neighbor highly recommended going to Louie when I needed assistance purchasing new tires. Louie and the parts department did not disappoint! Louie went above and beyond getting me the right tires for my car. Louie was professional, knowledgeable, and I can not recommend him and Schaumburg Honda Parts enough.

I went into parts department to order parts for my Honda. Brian was one the to help me do so. He made sure all the parts that were ordered were correct. He also made sure my parts came in the next day, which was amazing, I was expecting to wait almost a week. I will definitely be coming back to see Brian very soon.

The parts department at Schaumburg Honda has left me very happy with the fact that I bought a Honda. The staff is actually knowledgeable on their products and were able to give me suggestions and feedback! I primarily spoke to Louie and he was incredibly helpful and made the experience much less stressful.
