They have a large array of tools, bits, books, kits, etc.But when I asked a question about how best to do something, and mentioned that the tool was a Ryobi (and not one of the super-high-end brands they sell), the employee fairly dripped disdain. "Well I wouldn't know what Ryobi has. Why don't you go ask at Home Depot?" It was immediately abundantly clear that they were not interested in dealing with…rabble.I emailed, as their response suggested. They didn't reply.

Chris was a wonderful help with the pack rack that I purchased on this trip and for letting me know more information about the table saw and router table I will be purchasing soon. It was definitely well worth the trip.

Ive taken two classes at this place(will be taking more in the future) and would highly recommend it!Dave is a great instructor and dedumbs alot of my annoying questions. The people who work here are super nice and very informative! Im a newbie DIYer and will definitely come here for advice in what to get for my projects! Thank you!

Went in and wondered around for 10 min. Not a soul asked if I needed help. Stumbled on a couple of things I didn’t need but picked up anyway.Went to front cashier. 2 men sitting there on their phones. One man looks up and doesn’t speak a word just points to the other guy. That guy looks up at me with a what do you want look.I left both items on the counter and told them I would go find a store that actually wanted my business.I want ever darken the door again!!Horrible Customer Service!!Update;Apparently a Bot answers the bad reviews. As you can see someone replied to my bad review to get my info to discuss. As of today 2/17. NO one has contacted me. Solidifying my bad customer service review !

Nice store with a great selection of tools and wood. I knew what I wanted, so I didn't really need help. I grabbed my big box and carried it to the register. Let me say this, it doesn't take much for someone to greet you and be nice. I dropped a good chunk of money, not that it should matter, and received a grouchy "is that it" from the big guy behind the register. I don't "need" to buy from a brick and mortar store. Customer service and good human interaction are what bring people to a physical location. I'll go back and try one more time. If it's a bad experience, then I'll just order and ship it. I'll have a good human interaction with UPS instead.

Started woodworking 4 years ago. Never once did they treat me rudely , even with my beginner questions. After all these years of going to the store,( maybe once every other month) some of the employees know my name. Excellent customer service excellent store.
