A 6 Star Realtor! I can’t recommend Rick to enough people. If you want an agent to go over and beyond the standard, Rick is your guy. As a buyer, Rick trenched through deep snow, always returned my phone calls/texts/emails, crawled under houses, and pointed out all sorts of issues (Good things as well - that I would not have known about) as we viewed properties. In addition, he is a top tier gentleman that is extremely detailed in his work, he will educate you and give you peace of mind during the stressful times. I highly recommend him and will certainly work with him again in the future.

Rick went above and beyond to help my parents sell their home of 55+ years. Rick was very accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Always realizing my parents needs of paper copies, extra in person conversations etc. Rick also helped them to understand things as they progressed from sale, inspection, appraisal and closing. I highly recommend using Rick when buying or selling a home.

Rick is very knowledgeable and knows how to sell a house (in my case). He communicates diligently through out the process. I have to say he was also very patient with us and never tried to rush us into selling the house. But, he was there when we needed him. Thank you Rick!

Selling my home with Rick's help was one of the most satisfying experiences a customer can have. From the very beginning Rick explained the whole process thoroughly, answering all my questions about the many "what ifs" I had, and giving me recommendations to improve my home's value. Rick's extensive network put my home in the market in no time and I was able to start getting offers on the very first day. I was actually able to get offers above the listing price. When we encountered some last minute issues with the buyer's financials, Rick managed to navigate the situation with expertise and we we were able to close the deal swiftly. If ever need to go through the buying/selling process, Rick will be my sure choice.

We contacted Rick when we decided to start seriously searching for our next home. Rick responded promptly, but with no pressure, he helped guide us and answer all of our questions, and even helped when we didn't know the questions to ask. He was actually very knowledgeable about house construction and materials, and could help us envision how spaces could be used. He also gave us great tips to get our existing house ready to show. And when we had to quickly move up our timeline to get the old house on the market and shown a full week earlier than planned, Rick responded just as quickly and responsive as a new Corvette right off the assembly line! If it wasn't for Rick we may not have ever found our new dream house! There were MANY bumps and hang-ups along the way, but Rick was supportive and helpful every step of the way.

I’m usually not the person to write reviews, the experience has to be extremely negative or extremely positive in order for me to write a review and in this case the experience was extremely positive. I loved working with Rick, he’s an old school gentleman who stands by your side through the process of finding your home. He takes the time and make an effort to give you all the information so that you can make a decision for yourself. He will challenge you and god knows I’ve challenged him, but he is respectful and listens to his clients’ needs and requirements. I have already recommended him to my friends who are looking for a new home and I will continue to do so!

What can I say other than 5 star service. Rick has not only helped other members of my family buy homes but he recently helped me and my husband as well.
