My wife and I cannot recommend Julie enough. The lengths that she went through to ensure that the showings/inspections/ and general status of the house went smoothly and were unmatched. Since we had moved out and the house was vacant this was a tremendous help and reduced the stress of this whole process immensely. Julie was always very responsive and on point. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect of helping us sell our home. Overall Julie made the selling experience as easy and stress free as possible.

Julie was extremely helpful in our (my wife and my) search for our home. Throughout our search she provided us with incredible insight on what to look for in our home. She was always on time to any appointment we made with her. She also provided us with thoughtful comments while working through the numerous offers we made. Julie answered every question we had and directed us to other experts in their respective fields (loan officer, real estate attorney, etc.) It was nice knowing that we had her in our corner to help us throughout our home search!

Choosing Julie as my realtor was the best decision I could have made when selling my home. Julie is the best. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always available when I had a question or needed some advice. As first-time sellers, we did not have a lot of background on what needed to be done. But, she walked us through everything, helped us market the house, and found us the best offer. I first worked with Julie to purchase my first home in 2009. She couldn't have been more helpful during the house hunt. While living there for over 8 years, she would respond quickly to any questions I had with information about comp sales in our neighborhood or to send us MLS listings for different areas. When we finally decided to move in 2017 we worked with Julie again to find our dream home. She was just as professional as I remembered and she guided us into the perfect home once more. Not only that but she also helped to facilitate finding and signing a lease with a tenant on our first property, again answering all of our questions along the way. She is very knowledgeable and communicates quickly and clearly to make the process of buying a home as painless as possible. We highly recommend working with Julie.Update: we worked with Julie more since my last review and she is still awesome. She executed two more rental leases for us and was very quick to find us really great tenants. Then we finally said the property. Julie presented the property very well and was the central key to a totally painless process even with a few hurdles that came our way. I could not recommend Julie enough.
