I receive a gift card for my birthday in September 2023. I never use the 40 dollers . I tried to purchase a Bears jersey and was denied to make the purchase. They change their gift cards . I call customer service this Ridiculous they want my sister credit card when she made the purchase ! Your joking my sister doesn't remember what Cards she use it was in September 2023. I call customer service to fix this issues.i was told by customer service they would issue me a new gift card through my email. I never receive an email , How this my problem you change your change gift card ? I waist my time and my gas drive to your store . So now you basically not honor my old gift card?
Now u basically steal my sister 40 bucks I will never shop their

As always friendly workers! They always greet you at the entrance and make sure you find what you’re looking for. Always a positive vibe in the store and it’s so organized! Makes it easy for you to find what you are looking for.

My sister-in-law law and I have been searching for sometime for college football hats for her grandson who is obsessed with college football. No luck until we found Rally House!! What a selection and they couldn’t have been more helpful!!

Went to Rally House in Arlington Heights and at Woodfield Mall looking for Nebraska Cornhuskers fan clothing. They used to have a whole section with t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, you name it. Now, there's nothing. What the hell happened? Lose a few games and you're out of the store? Fire your coach and your stuff disappears? VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Rally House!! I'll buy my Husker gear at Husker Hounds in Omaha, then.

The store experience was awesome from the guy in the front folding product to the 2 young ladies who assisted me. Warm, welcoming and great customer service. Great selections on anything I needed to rep Chicago.
