My family and I have used Quest's services many times in the last few months at the Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates locations, but we have not always found nice staff, especially at the Hoffman Estates location. In Schaumburg in the last months of 2023, we were served by a very rude young person. She was incompetent, she wanted to send us home for some lame nonsense reason resulting from her ignorance and She told us to come back another time, only the reaction of another employee allowed us to do the tests, but this young person was very rude to us and demonstrated it during the entire visit.
But this unpleasant experience is not the reason for my entry, but a nice one, because I took my last test in Schaumburg location on 5/13/24 and I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person once again (because this lady also served me earlier) I don't know how this lady is it's called, but you can probably check it. In any case, she is a very competent person, very nice and takes great care of patients, when she sees patients there are never queues, everything goes smoothly, quickly and there is a nice and friendly atmosphere, I am happy to do tests with such a person.

I made an appointment to go during my lunch break. When I checked in, I only had to wait 10 minutes. The test took 5 minutes. I was in and out quickly. The worker was very friendly too.

First of all I want to thank Pavlinka! She work here and was very professional and friendly. Her first appointment is 8:10 and mine was 12:30pm but I came in 8:00am because i had to go to work. Pavlinka saw me and took me in right away.. she is awesome. Thank you to QUEST DIAGNOSTICS for hiring this type of employee who is working hard..

I would give this place negative stars if I could. The staff is incredibly rude. It doesn't matter what location you go to. They need to go back to school and learn some customer service skills or get out of healthcare all together. Quest get your act together.

I've been going to Quest for bloodwork for a few years now. Once again, another great experience. Pavlinka was friendly, professional and painless. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank You Pavlinka!!!

This place is as bad as any other Quest location. They don’t allow walk ins yet their system allows patients to put themselves on the list. Just so a bit later an employee comes out and very rudely yells that they take no walk ins, this poor older lady literally wanted to throw in any question in to get some info and the person just shut the door in her face cutting her off in raised voice. In the waiting room full of people, it is pretty much humiliating to be treated that way for something that isn’t the patient’s fault since the prompt ALLOWS this option. Same situation happened to me in 6 corners Milwaukee location except no one came out, they just let me sit there for 40 min only for me to finally be able to ask and be treated in the similar way. Quest sucks, me and my family ask for the lab work to be sent over to LabCorp whenever available from the doc’s office.

I made an appointment, but for some reason it didn't show in the system. They told me no walk in and no stand ins, and to make an appointment online. I went online and made another appointment, but they wouldn't let me do the drug screen saying they didn't do them past noon, even though it was still 2 minutes before noon. They then argued with me and told me I should just call off work or call in sick and come in another day. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst experience staff are rude and not even bothered if you walk in. Scheduled appointments takes 1 hr to have visit even though no other patients.
