Ralph from ProHome1 is wonderful. ProHome1 did the Hardi Board, roof, and windows on my home in 2018 and did a terrific job. I needed help with a couple of windows and adding some siding when I had my deck removed and a patio put in, and Ralph was able to help out. Knowledgeable and courteous. He makes sure the job is done right. Thank you!

Highly recommend. We hired ProHome1 after receiving recommendations from some of our neighbors who recently hired them for similar jobs. Pricing was competitive. The team was professional, clean, detailed, and extremely easy to work with. Our point of contact was Ralph who walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood the fine details of replacing our roof, gutters and addressing ventilation issues we had in our attic. Very disappointed in work done. They just get the order and then hire out an actual roofer to do the work and won't don't stand behind the work that is done. Had a small leak to fix. They quoted extensive repairs that did not fix the issue. Once the leak came back (within a week) told me there was no guarantee but they would "try" some other things for another huge amount of money but still no guarantee. Do yourself a favor and just go directly to a roofer for the work. All they provide are inflated prices and a fancy looking invoice.

I had a great experience with Pro Home 1. They replaced our roof and did so efficiently. I would not recommend Pro Home 1. I was injured when one of their workers dropped a screwdriver from a ladder and it punctured my leg. I needed to seek medical care and had to get a tetanus shot. Pro Home 1 has refused to provide their liability insurance information for months. Additionally, there is notable paint damage around one of the windows they installed. They also refused to rehang window treatments that they had removed to install the windows, although another review shows they rehung window treatments for another customer. They were polite and prompt. I particularly appreciated that they restored my room after the installation. I thought I would come home to a mess and they moved my furniture back in place. They even rehung my curtains and blinds.Service: Window installation

Well, originally when the roof was done, they were great! a few years later to get warranty repairs or even the roof looked at, its like pulling teeth. I called a few times, they came out, looked at the roof and I have not heard back since. I've called a few times, but getting a resolution is rough.

Great communication and walked us through any questions we had. I am pleased by their service.Edit: They offered a 'gift card' incentive to write a review for their service which they have since gone back on after having posted this review. While I am pleased with their work, this 'bait & switch' leaves a sour taste and will make it harder to recommend going forward as they drive their public reviews disingenuously.Service: Roof installation

Hired ProHome 1 to replace my siding, soffits, and fascia using Hardie fiber cement. The results are beautiful! Jerry was very professional and super friendly. Great guy to work with, will patiently walk you through the process, lay out the expectations, and is very reassuring. However, I'm hesitant to give ProHome 1 5 stars, and the reason is because there are details that just bug me. For example, the work started while I wasn't home and I came to find the house as if a tornado had hit. I'm not talking about the exterior, but the inside! During the removal they must've pounded so hard there were items I kept on the window sills that I found all over the floor, and later on I found pieces of exterior drywall in random places like the attic. Obviously, I don't expect kid gloves on this type of work but they knew some of the drywall had been damaged and didn't say anything. Now I'm wondering if this is going to become an issue years down the road. Another issue is some shoddy workmanship. Like an incorrectly installed fascia on a difficult to reach section where it meets the roof ridge where they thought no one would look, so they just left it. It took them a full 4 months to come out to correct it but the repair looks super crappy. Other minor issues that also bothered me include forgetting to fully caulk all the windows, overcaulking some windows, a TV antenna that they never put back up, and a few siding areas where the caulking was insufficient. All in all, it was a positive experience, but I recommend you be there when the work is being performed so you can supervise them, because I'm not sure anyone was.
