“I've always had such a great experience at this place. I order, and then pick up at their Schaumburg office.This time, however, I was 3 hours away. I tried calling some local places, but their prices were 2 and 3 TIMES more expensive. So, I have them ship them to me.I ordered, expecting them to be here on Friday, but they arrived Saturday afternoon. I think it was just about 48 hours from when I ordered.I know they want to temper expectations, and probably love getting extra money from rush jobs, but these people have their organization so smoothly run, they probably don't get as much as they should.By the way, I've been meaning to post about them for a while. I'm kind of an idiot, and I've ended up calling them because I uploaded the wrong files, or used the wrong payment method. I was having computer issues in turning pages into PDF, he was very knowledgeable and walked me through what I should do. As he was putting the pages together he actually called me to make sure I would be ok if the pages had a white border and if he could shrink a page by 2% so it would fit. “Wow what an amazing awesome wonderful experience I had dropping off a package at the FedEx Office located at 2513 W Schaumburg Rd. I was met by the nicest kindest man and his name was Brent. Brent was able to direct me to where I needed to bring the package I had for him to tape up and put the label on.
He noticed a slight damp spot on one of the corners of the box and asked me if there was going to be any issue with shipping it. I just thought that was a keen observation and a very gentle way of asking if I was sure the package was ready. I assured him it was fine.
And handed me the receipts for me to track the package to make sure it got to where it needed to go.
It's not often you meet an employee who is genuinely kind and puts the customer needs before his own !

I had a file with special specifications from my daughter who is getting married soon, and Roberto was patient and thorough and gave me samples to bring back to her, which I subsequently ordered because of his great service. “Vic was very helpful and informative. He was all alone yet was able to help three people at the same time. I hope he at least gets paid $45 an hour. He was very genuine and had great customer service. He went above and beyond too, because he repackaged by item into a less awkward shape and reminded me of my discount through my employer. What a guy! If only the world had more Vics, we'd have no more "Karens".”
