The worst customer service ever manager ignorant and rude no appreations at all you have to stay in line for 20 minutes finally they ask where is my problem ?Avoid this place

The worst customer service. Anytime you go to the drive up window they make you wait 10-20 minutes until after they take care of everyone inside. This is the only PNC location that does it. Stay away.
