I enjoy my workout time there. Yet all members should clean after using the equipment, and the staff should ensure the equipment is cleaned properly as well. Friendly staff.

Just wanted to compliment tony for being such a big help with a small issue, within 2 club visits he was able to resolve a small concern I had. He is always very polite every time I see him and same goes for all of the rest of the staff.

Hello, I came in this Saturday morning and was thinking of signing up and was met with two very energetic and helpful people Tony and Joe I think there names were. Joe gave me a tour and was very enthusiastic and informed of the deals this month. 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to go back and to sign up.

Overall I think it's a great gym, never busy, at least at the time I'm at the gym, it's clean except the toilets. There are a couple of things that bug me, one the toilets are always dirty, stains that I saw on the toilet a couple weeks ago are still there. There is a smell in the locker room and they try to mask it with air freshener. Second, staff is constantly on their phone, no one is greeting people walking in.

For the most part I like planet fitness. The equipment is good. The facility is clean. I can't give it 5 stars because they only have one fly machine. Every time I go there it seems someone is using it. I'll go do three or more exercises and the person will still be using it when I am done. Most of the time they will do one set and then sit on the machine while looking at their phone for a few minutes.

I like this Planet Fitness location and because it opened in 2022, it's way better than many of the other locations. I began my journey at Planet Fitness before COVID at a different location that was kinda dingy and gross. However, my husband and I moved to Schaumburg three years ago and we began to frequent this location recently. We come to this gym 5-6 times a week and we have always had pleasant experiences and continue to do so. When we walk in, the workers greet us and everything is always clean. There is a lot of parking in the lot, and we feel safe and comfortable working out here. I also like this location because since we come here consistently at the same times, we see the same regulars which adds to the comfort we feel when working out. It seems that many people have been coming here for a while. We always start our workouts on the resistance and weight machines, and because there are a good amount of machines at this location, we normally can get right on the ones we want to use or we go on a different machine until the person is off of the one we want to use. Most people are respectful when using the machines and wipe them down here, too. We end our workouts with the treadmill and other cardio machines and there are TONS of them here. We never have a problem finding open machines, and there is even a full row of stair masters, which my old Planet location failed to have. I never normally use the locker room, but when I use the bathroom located in the locker room, it is consistently clean. The locker rooms are also pretty large. The gym has many large fans on the ceiling so the temperature is good in the building, and the treadmills are new machines so they even have a fan built in. Seriously, I cannot complain about any machines in this location because all of them seem to be taken care of and updated. We have never used the massage chairs or other black card perks at this location because we normally work out and want to go home, but from looking at them through the windows of the building, they seem nice.

Nice planet fitness location , good music and machines. Better than PF in Elk Grove,des planies ,addison these locations are horrible stay away. Just pF woodfield plaza the best Schaumburg.
