Great pet store, the employees seem to really care about the pets they are selling. Except for the betta fish. They seem to get a large shipment of them in and they just let the die slowly in the tiny clear plastic containers I’m sure everyone’s seen. It’s sad. Wish they could do something about that.

Clean store, well stocked, friendly staff. Groomers are great, specifically Jessica. We refuse to get our dogs groomed by anyone else, anywhere else.

We waited for more than half an hour to buy a turtle but your staff didn't care. Not only did no one help us, they didn't help us with their arrogant attitude when we asked for help.

it hard to pick up online order here. they made me waiting in the cashier line together with in store customer. as what i know we have privilege as the online customer, it should be fastest pick up not same as in store customer. too dumb!!!

I had a recent positive experience at Petco. I acknowledged a courteous, knowledgeble staff of animals, pets & supplies even aquatic related questions and hobbies. My visit actually pertained to the possible harmful condition of my Aquarium and to replace a few fish. The store is quite large, clean , and well organized on walk in throughout with a nice selection of a healthy and variety of fish. The end result is that it was suggested to do an immediate water change and to purchase species that may adapt to higher Alkaline or Ph levels due to infrequent water changes. The suggestions that were made as well as the customer support is excellent and made a difference.
