We came from another country a few weeks ago, and after looking at all the possible options, we found Jonathan at Patrick, who gave us all the support we needed to close a good deal. He was very kind to us and helped us tremendously. We will never forget how excellent his service was. We highly recommend this company and hope to close more deals with them soon.

Horrible experience with this dealership. We purchased a 2024 Palisade. When we drove it off the lot we experienced a delay on acceleration when the car was stopped. We took it back to the dealership two days later. The mechanic told my husband there was nothing wrong with the car, it was the way I was driving that caused the issue. The issue continued to occur and actually became a safety issue since the car would not move right away when stopped. We have a 6 week old infant, I told my husband I refused to keep driving this car. We took it back the following week. The mechanic did end up finding out the problem and told us the car needed a new transmission. Long story short I reached out and left messages for management sent emails to multiple managers and never got a response. Luckily, my husband kept in touch with our sales guy and his dad. They helped us get a new car. I don’t want to throw them under the bus because they were wonderful to work with and did everything they could to help. In the end they told us what a great “deal we got”. The options we had were keep a brand new $50,000 car with a bad transmission or take a 2025 car that was clearly used (dirty with 250 miles on it) with a higher interest rate. The customer service I experienced from management was terrible and should have been handled so much better. I was never approached or addressed. You can’t even respond or call me back, it is so rude in any situation. All I wanted was I’m so sorry this happened, sorry for the inconvenience. Don’t try to act like you did us some big favor by replacing a new car that had transmission issues from day one, after you inconvenienced us and put my child’s safety in jeopardy. This was our first experience dealing with Hyundai, we looked at the Highlander and have buyers remorse now. Looking back we should have went with Toyota.

Let me first start off by saying like most people I absolutely hate the car buying process. I can’t but feel like I need to take a shower every time I leave a dealership. I had quite the opposite experience at Patrick. I don’t know, maybe it was the sales guy that I dealt with but I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of. If you’re looking for someone who wants to take care of you and make sure you receive the best buying experience ask for Jack Kim. Seems like he’s been doing this a long time so has nothing to prove. In my opinion, best way for dealerships to be successful is to have sales guys like this that lead to referrals and repeat customers. Volume over price.
Now we all know that the purchase is only a part of the overall ownership experience. Hoping my experience with the service department etc in the up coming years is at the same level.

Jack Kim was a great salesman . He had the car I wanted delivered from Wisconsin . The car was better then I thought once I saw it . He was not pushy and knew all about my 2024 Santa Fe .

I recently purchased a 2025 Santa Fe, my experience working with Patrick compared to other dealerships, was no pressure tactics, the sales process was smooth. The sales rep Ben Georges was patient and answered all my questions professionally. I wanted a Black on Black Calligraphy and the dealer did not have one. The GM Scott June was able to locate one from a different dealer, the car arrived in a few days and they honored the price quoted. I could not have asked for better a purchase experience. In addition, I provided a offer from CarMax to sell my 2022 Tucson and Patrick was able to match the offer, which made the overall process easier, while reducing the sales tax on the new vehicle, a win/win.

I went in under the impression I was under warranty only for them to take my vehicle & after looking into it telling me I had no warranty & needed to pay $200. Had I been advised I wasn’t under warranty I wouldn’t have taken my car to them. Absolutely nothing was fixed I’m paying for them to simply look at my car. I will never return to them & recommend you ask many questions before leaving your vehicle because they do not care to mislead you. I see that you responded. Feel free to reach out to someone. Well it’s a weekday a Friday and no manager is on duty on a weekday for an entire company. You guys are absolutely no help to me at all. Not only did I get scammed from you guys I come in and all there’s no manager today. How is there no manager on a weekday the entire day, so no one was gonna reach out to me and try to help me instead. You guys just left me hanging.

First time ever !! It was such a pleasure to buy our Hyundai from Patrick Hyundai. Taylor was our knowledgeable, patient, helpful sales woman. She found the perfect vehicle for us and went over everything and all the little details. Taylor was great. It was one of the best no stress experiences we've ever had buying a car. We would highly recommend Patrick Hyundai to everyone.

I had the best experience at this dealership! After being to so many other dealerships and having terrible experiences, it was so refreshing to walk into Patrick Hyundai and be treated so great. I worked with Josh,Jose, & Alejandro and each part of the experience was fantastic. Everyone was super chill, not pushy at all, and helped me leave in the car of my dreams. I would absolutely recommend the dealership to anyone, they are amazing!! ?

Slow, slow service department. Far from recommending if you have anything to do in a day.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! On 7/22, I brought my vehicle in due to a check engine light. The service team stated that the reason for it was my oil valve. I picked it up, drove home & my check engine light came RIGHT back on. I got a 2nd appointment and it took them WEEKS to replace my timing chain & components. When I went back to get my vehicle (for the 2nd time), I made it 1 mile before my check engine light came right back on. Why?? Because my service tech FORGOT to plug my sensor back in. They had my car for almost a month & I had to make THREE trips to Schaumburg for this & every trip made I had to transfer car seats. I asked if they could do anything for me for the inconvenience of making 3 trips, switching car seats 3 times & going nearly a month without my handicap accessible vehicle & the best they could offer was $50 off a detail. What a slap in the face… I have a bumper to bumper warranty through them & I can tell you I’ll be happy to pay the higher deductible at another dealership rather than dealing with incompetent technicians & poor customer service.

I own a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited. My Patrick Hyundai dealership experience was less than stellar. I scheduled a service appointment for a common starter issue, only to be charged $200 for the diagnosis I had already anticipated. Their subsequent quote of $900-$1000 for parts and labor was equally exorbitant. Frustrated, I took matters into my own hands. Armed with a $100 OEM part and newfound knowledge, I replaced the starter myself. To add insult to injury, they claimed my car battery was failing—a falsehood I debunked with a $29 Amazon battery tester, revealing a healthy 70% life remaining. They kept my email id spelled incorrectly even after requesting correction. In 2024, such customer service antics are simply unacceptable. It’s time to level up, dealership!” ??
