I stumbled upon the Genesis brand while researching new car options and read an article from Car and Driver stating that the Genesis GV70 was a 9.5 out of 10 in comparison to BMW or AUDI. I googled and found Genesis of Schaumburg and walked in to see the GV70. I was greeted by Eddie Gomez and Brandon Murray. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable, easy to deal with, no pressure, and accommodating. Brandon was equally willing to work with me to make the best deal on my trade in and a fair price for my new car. Kazar in finance was easy to work with, was very thorough detailing all the benefits and coverage options for my new vehicle through Genesis and through Patrick Auto Group. Ivan, service manager, was welcoming and friendly as well. Fantastic professionals that truly care about their customers and the reputation of their dealership. The Patrick Auto Group is a great family of dealerships and Genesis of Schaumburg is at the top of their dealers. Great people and great experience!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Acura from Genesis of Schaumburg with the help of Daniel Stevens. Daniel made the process easy and was an honest salesman. The whole team was great to deal with from Daniel, to the manager Brandon, to the finance manager Kaezarr. They honestly made the experience way less stressful than any other dealership I’ve been to.

I truly regret buying a new car from the Patrick dealership organization. This is the most difficult, arduous new car buying transaction I have ever experienced, by far. It's been a full month since I've taken delivery, and the difficulty in attempting to obtain proper title paperwork from the Patrick organization continues.
Their disorganization and delay continues unabated. I was hopeful of having a pleasant luxury car buying experience, but this unfortunately has not been my experience.

Bought a GV80 from Eddie Gomez at the Genesis Dealer in Schaumburg, IL. Was the best auto purchase experience I’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable and no pressure at all. Helped with all the functions of the car and checked in multiple times after I purchased the car to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend Eddie if you are looking for a Genesis.

Leased a GV 80 from Larry at the Genesis in Schaumburg and it was great experience. He was very knowledgable and attentive to my requests and what I was looking for in a car. He did not pressure at all and actually worked within the budget we were looking for. So far I'm loving the car and would recommend working with Larry if you are interested in purchasing a Genesis.

I was skeptical from the beginning but felt compelled to check if it was real (37k for 2025 new GV80). Please remove the misleading marketing price from your website. Genesis is a high-end premium car brand; this type of misleading marketing is unacceptable and damages your reputation.
